These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WorkAgent.ai ("WorkAgent", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
WorkAgent is an AI worker that performs tasks you delegate to it, such as research, lead generation, outreach, inbox triage, CRM updates, data entry and reporting. You direct the work, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving the results before relying on them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and use a valid email address. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
- Do not use WorkAgent for anything unlawful, deceptive or abusive.
- Do not use it to send spam or to harvest personal data without a lawful basis.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
You are responsible for ensuring the work you delegate, and how you use the results, complies with applicable laws, including marketing and data-protection rules.
Human review
WorkAgent assists with work but does not remove your judgment. Results may contain errors, and you should review outputs before acting on them. You are responsible for decisions you make based on its work.
Plans and payment
WorkAgent offers paid plans billed monthly in USD, starting at $149 a month. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability
We work hard to keep WorkAgent available and reliable, but we provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WorkAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
