AI SDR cost per meeting, what each AI SDR charges for a booked meeting

On published prices and a benchmark of 1 to 3 meetings per 100 contacts, AiSDR costs $33 to $125 per booked meeting, 11x Growth $63 to $188 at full use, and WorkAgent $16 to $75. Here is the arithmetic for each tool and how to work out your own number before you sign.

Short answer: on today's published prices and the vendors' own benchmark of 1 to 3 booked meetings per 100 cold contacts, an AI SDR costs roughly $33 to $125 per booked meeting on AiSDR, $63 to $188 on 11x Growth at full use, and $16 to $75 on a flat agent such as WorkAgent. The plan price tells you almost nothing on its own. What sets your real cost per meeting is how many contacts you actually load and what share of them book.

We sell WorkAgent, one of the tools priced below, so weigh that. Plan prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page on September 27 and 28, 2026, from a US connection. The meeting rates are a benchmark, not a promise: replace them with your own numbers the moment you have any.

Why cost per meeting is the only AI SDR price worth comparing

AI SDR vendors price in units that do not line up. AiSDR sells AI-researched contacts. 11x sells new prospects. Salesforge sells contacts on top of a sending stack. Amplemarket sells seats. WorkAgent sells sends a working day. Put those side by side and you are comparing apples with invoices.

A booked meeting is the one unit every buyer shares. It is also the unit your finance person will ask about the first time the card gets charged. So the useful calculation is simple: monthly price divided by meetings booked in a month. The hard part is being honest about the second number.

The benchmark we used, and where it comes from

AiSDR's own pricing FAQ gives the clearest public rule of thumb in the category: 1 to 3 percent conversion from a cold prospect to a booked meeting, "so on average, you can expect 1-3 meetings for each 100 contacts," and it adds that results vary with market fit and the strength of the offer. We applied that same range to every tool below so the comparison is like for like. A vendor with a better engine or a buyer with a sharper offer will do better; a crowded market or a weak list will do worse.

Two things the benchmark does not cover. First, a booked meeting is not a held meeting, so track your show rate from week one. Second, it assumes you use the plan. A flat fee spread across half the contacts you paid for doubles your cost per meeting before the AI writes a word.

WorkAgent Pro$499About 1,050 on a 4-email sequence10 to 32$16 to $481 month

WorkAgent contact counts come from its send limits (40 or 200 sends a working day, 21 working days) divided by four emails per contact. Amplemarket is left out of the table because it is priced per seat, $600 a month for two users on an annual term, and its meeting output depends on how much of the work your reps do themselves.

What the table actually tells you

The cheapest meeting is not the cheapest plan

Agent Frank has the lowest cost per meeting on paper, because $499 buys 2,000 contacts. But it is built around cold email on the Salesforge sending stack, and you need 2,000 good contacts a month to earn that number. If your market only has 600 companies that fit, the per-meeting cost triples. The same logic runs through every row: the figure only holds if the plan is full of people worth emailing.

11x is priced for volume you may not have

At full use, 11x Growth lands at $63 to $188 a meeting, which is in the same range as the others. The difference is that the contract is twelve months, $45,000 at list, and the fee is flat. At 500 prospects a month the same benchmark gives 5 to 15 meetings and $250 to $750 each. Our 11x pricing page has a calculator that shows the tier and per-meeting cost at your volume.

AiSDR is the most honest benchmark in the category, and the most misquoted

Several guides ranking for this topic still put AiSDR Explore at about $300 a meeting, based on 1,200 messages a month and a projection of roughly three meetings. That describes an older plan ladder. AiSDR's current card sells Explore as 800 contacts, not 1,200 messages, and its own benchmark on those 800 contacts gives 8 to 24 meetings, so $38 to $113 each. The full current rate card, the quarterly terms and a calculator are on our AiSDR pricing page.

Month to month changes the maths more than the price does

Your first month is the one where your real meeting rate is unknown. On a monthly plan, a bad first month costs one invoice. On a quarterly plan it costs three, and on 11x it costs twelve. If you have never run outbound in your market, the cost of finding out your conversion rate belongs in the cost per meeting too, and that is where AiSDR Solo at $250 and WorkAgent at $149 are hard to beat.

How AI compares with a human SDR per meeting

A US sales development rep costs roughly $7,000 a month fully loaded on our own AI SDR comparison, and 11x puts the figure at $8,000 to $12,000. If your rep books 10 meetings a month, that is $700 to $1,200 a meeting; at 20, it is $350 to $600. Every AI option above is cheaper per booked meeting on those numbers, often by a factor of five or more.

What the per-meeting figure hides is quality. A good human SDR handles live objections, reads a room on a call, and qualifies harder, so fewer of their meetings are wasted time for your closer. If your average deal is large and your market is small, one strong rep can beat a cheaper meeting machine. If the numbers point that way, an AI recruiter that sources and screens candidates will get you to a shortlist of SDR applicants faster than a job post, and our hire an SDR or use an AI agent guide walks through the full-year arithmetic.

How to work out your own cost per meeting before you buy

You need four numbers, and you can have them in ten minutes:

  1. Contacts you can really load each month. Count the companies and roles that fit your buyer, not the plan allowance. Be conservative.
  2. Your meeting rate. If you have ever run cold outreach, use that. If not, start at 1 per 100 and treat anything better as a bonus.
  3. The plan that fits those contacts, at the commitment term you would actually sign.
  4. What a meeting is worth. Average deal size times the share of meetings that close. If a meeting is worth $400 and it costs $150, the tool pays. If it is worth $80, no AI SDR on this list pays back.

Divide the plan price by contacts times rate, compare with step four, and multiply the monthly price by the commitment term to see what you risk if the rate turns out lower. The AiSDR cost calculator does all of this in the browser for AiSDR's plans and puts WorkAgent next to it at the same volume.

Questions buyers ask about AI SDR cost per meeting

How much does an AI SDR cost per meeting?

On published prices and a benchmark of 1 to 3 meetings per 100 cold contacts, most AI SDRs land between about $15 and $190 per booked meeting at full use. AiSDR runs $33 to $125 depending on plan, 11x Growth $63 to $188, and flat agents such as WorkAgent $16 to $75. Underusing the plan raises every figure.

How many meetings does an AI SDR book per month?

AiSDR's own benchmark is 1 to 3 meetings per 100 contacts, so 200 contacts a month books about 2 to 6 meetings and 2,500 contacts about 25 to 75. The range depends on your market, your offer, the list quality and how quickly someone on your side answers the replies the AI hands over.

Is an AI SDR cheaper than a human SDR per meeting?

On cost, usually yes, by several times. A human SDR at $7,000 to $12,000 a month fully loaded who books 10 to 20 meetings costs $350 to $1,200 a meeting. AI tools on this page cost $16 to $188. A human still wins on live objection handling and on qualifying hard in small, high-value markets.

What is a good cost per meeting for B2B?

A good cost per meeting is one well below what a meeting is worth to you: average contract value times the share of meetings that close. For a $20,000 annual contract closing one meeting in ten, a meeting is worth $2,000, so even $300 is good. For a low-ticket service, anything above $50 may not pay back.

Which AI SDR has the lowest cost per meeting?

On paper, Salesforge Agent Frank, at about $8 to $25 a meeting if you fill its 2,000 contacts a month. For a team that cannot fill 2,000 good contacts, a monthly plan sized to its real list, such as WorkAgent at $149 or AiSDR Solo at $250, usually gives the lower real cost per meeting.
