11x now prints one price per worker and quotes everything above it. Here is every published figure, what it buys, and the per-unit cost nobody works out.
Alice Growth: $3,750 a month, billed annually
The only Alice plan with a printed price. Up to 5 end users, 2,000 new prospects a month, 11x-managed Gmail mailboxes with domain setup, warmup and rotation, two-way CRM sync, and a standard two-week onboarding. Twelve invoices come to $45,000. At the full allowance that is $1.875 per new prospect; at 1,000 prospects a month it is $3.75.
Alice Pro: quoted, marked "Most popular"
Up to 10 end users, 5,000 new prospects a month, outreach in 105+ languages, dedicated onboarding and a shared Slack channel. 11x prints no price. Its own sizing guide says you move to Pro the moment you need a sixth seat, more than 2,000 prospects, or any non-English sequence, whatever else is true.
Alice Enterprise: quoted, annual or multi-year
Unlimited users, 10,000+ prospects a month, SSO, custom DPA and SLA, API access, custom integrations, a dedicated CSM and a forward-deployed engineer. One security requirement is enough to land here: 11x states that SSO, a custom DPA or Alice API access "moves you to Enterprise regardless of how small your volume is."
Julian voice: from $5,333 a month
The inbound agent that answers and qualifies calls. Growth covers 2,000 calls a month with 3 concurrent calls, so about $2.67 a call at the full allowance. Pro moves to 4,000 calls and 10 concurrent. 11x warns that concurrency, not volume, is the limit teams underestimate.
Julian chat: from $2,417 a month
3,000 website or SMS chats a month in 2 languages on Growth, about $0.81 a chat at the full allowance. Voice and chat are quoted separately, so a team that wants both on Growth starts at $7,750 a month for Julian alone.
Alice plus Julian voice on Growth: $9,083 a month
Both workers on their entry tier add up to $108,996 a year at list. 11x's own help center advises buying one worker first, because launching both at once makes it hard to tell which configuration produced the results.
What the guides miss
Why the 11x price you found is probably not the one you will be quoted
11x prints two different starting prices on one page
The Growth card says $3,750 a month, billed annually, which is $45,000 a year. The FAQ on the same page answers "How much does 11x cost?" with "11x starts at $36,000 per year on the Growth plan." That is $3,000 a month. The page does not reconcile the two, so ask your rep which one the quote is built on.
The published price is a floor, not the median
Vendr, which brokers software purchases, listed a median 11x contract of $55,050 a year and a range of $38,250 to $89,850 when we read its marketplace page on September 27, 2026. The median sits above the Growth list price, which fits 11x's own advice that seats, languages and security push most buyers to Pro.
You pay for prospects, not sends, and that cuts both ways
11x charges per new prospect, so a 3-touch and a 30-touch sequence cost the same. That is a real advantage on long cadences. It also means that at 500 prospects a month you still pay the full $3,750, which is $7.50 a prospect.
The contract is the price
Annual billing is the default. Pro and Enterprise add two- and three-year terms with discounts. Non-renewal needs 30 days' written notice, and 11x says renewal increases are capped without printing the cap. For a small team, the first year is a $45,000 decision made before you have seen a reply rate.
Most guides still quote the old ladder
Several guides ranking for this query describe roughly $5,000 a month and plans that 11x no longer lists, and Vendr's own sample still names an "Advanced" plan with 3,500 prospects. The current card is Growth, Pro and Enterprise, with only Growth priced.
The infrastructure really is included
Credit where it is due: managed mailboxes, domain setup, warmup, inbox rotation, reputation monitoring and onboarding are bundled, with no setup or per-integration fees. On a cheaper tool you often buy those separately. You still bring your own CRM license.

The honest read: if you need an inbound voice agent, 105 languages, or a vendor that runs the mailboxes and the playbook for a five-rep team, 11x is built for that and the price reflects it. If you are one to three people who want outbound running this month without a $45,000 commitment, a month-to-month tool is the lower-risk test. WorkAgent does not place calls and does not manage mailboxes for you.

The number that matters is the annual one. Growth is sold as a year, so the smallest 11x purchase is $45,000 at list, and 11x's own sizing guide moves you to a quoted tier the moment you need a sixth user, more than 2,000 prospects, a non-English sequence, or SSO. What does 11x charge per prospect?
At full use, $1.875 per new prospect on Growth: $3,750 divided by 2,000. The model is per prospect, not per email, so every follow-up, LinkedIn touch or extra step in the sequence is included.
The catch is underuse. The fee is flat, so at 1,000 prospects a month you pay $3.75 each and at 500 you pay $7.50. Before you sign, work backwards from meetings: how many meetings you need, what share of prospects you expect to book, and therefore how many prospects you will really load. If the answer is well under 2,000, the per-prospect price is not the one on the card.
Is 11x worth it for a small business?
For most teams under five sellers, it is hard to justify as a first test. 11x's own guide says teams see results after a ramp, and the contract commits you to twelve months before you know your reply rate.
It can pay off where one booked meeting is worth thousands and you need volume in several languages or an inbound voice agent. 11x itself compares the price with a fully loaded SDR at $8,000 to $12,000 a month. For a founder or a two-person sales team whose real problem is that nobody has time to build lists, research accounts and follow up, a month-to-month tool such as an AI SDR at a few hundred dollars a month is the cheaper way to find out whether outbound works for you at all.
11x vs hiring an SDR
The comparison 11x makes is fair on salary: a US SDR costs more than $45,000 a year once benefits, tools and management are counted, and does not scale to 2,000 personalized prospects a month. Our hire an SDR or use an AI agent guide works that arithmetic through.

Where WorkAgent fits, and where it does not
