Regie AI vs Artisan AI pricing for a small sales team of one to five sellers

RegieGO is $49 a month for one seller and $150 a seat for teams, dialer included. Artisan starts at $250 a month billed annually, priced by leads, with a $67 dialer seat on top. Here is the twelve-month cost for 1, 2, 3 and 5 sellers.

Short answer: for one to five sellers, Regie AI is cheaper than Artisan AI on almost every count, but they are not the same product. RegieGO is $49 a month for one person and $150 a seat for a team (two-seat minimum), with a power dialer included. Artisan's startup plans are $250 or $600 a month billed annually, priced by the leads Ava contacts rather than by seat, and the dialer for your reps is $67 a seat extra. In RegieGO a person drives the prospecting; with Artisan, Ava sends on her own.

We sell WorkAgent, a third option covered below, so weigh that. Both vendors were read on their own pricing pages on October 1, 2026, from a US connection, with the pages rendered so the monthly and annual prices and Artisan's Startups tab could be read. Where a vendor prints no figure, we say so.

What each vendor publishes today

Both companies changed how they sell in 2026, and most comparison pages ranking for this query describe the old versions. Regie.ai used to sell an AI Sales Engagement Platform at $180 a user a month with a ten-seat minimum, about $21,600 a year before anyone sent an email. That plan is no longer on its pricing page. Today Regie sells one self-serve product, RegieGO, on four plans: Free ($0, 250 one-time credits per person), Pro ($49 a month or $41 billed annually, one person, 5,000 credits a month), Team ($150 a seat or $125 annually, 15,000 credits per seat in a shared pool, two seats minimum) and a quoted Enterprise plan.

Artisan went the other way. For most of 2026 its pricing page showed three tiers with no dollar figure on any of them. The Startups tab now prints Free ($0, 300 credits a month), Intern ($250 a month billed annually or $280 monthly, 10,000 credits) and Employee ($600 annually or $660 monthly, 25,000 credits). The Businesses and Enterprises tab still quotes Team, Scale and Enterprise through sales. Artisan prices a full email campaign at about 20 credits per person contacted, so Intern covers about 500 leads a month and Employee about 1,250. We break that arithmetic down on Artisan AI pricing, and Regie's on Regie AI pricing.

The cost for 1, 2, 3 and 5 sellers

The two products are metered on different axes, so a fair table has to fix both. Regie charges by seat. Artisan charges by credits, which follow lead volume. Below, each seller contacts 200 new prospects a month by email with four emails each, a moderate pace for a small team, and the Artisan columns are priced on Artisan's 20-credit estimate. All figures are twelve-month totals on published prices.

SellersRegieGO, monthly billingRegieGO, annualArtisan, annualArtisan annual, plus dialer for each sellerWorkAgent, billed yearly
1$588 (Pro)$492 (Pro)$3,000 (Intern)$3,804$888 (Starter)
2$3,600 (Team, 2 seats)$3,000$3,000 (Intern)$4,608$2,988 (Pro)
3$5,400$4,500$7,200 (Employee)$9,612$2,988 (Pro)
5$9,000$7,500$7,200 (Employee)$11,220$7,788 (Scale)

Three things stand out. A solo seller pays about six times more for Artisan than for RegieGO, because Artisan's smallest sending plan is sized for 500 leads whether you need them or not. At two sellers the annual prices meet at exactly $3,000, and the dialer then decides it: RegieGO includes a power dialer on every paid seat, and Artisan charges $67 a seat a month for one. At five sellers Artisan's credit pricing finally works in its favor, $7,200 against $7,500, but only if nobody dials.

The table moves if your volume does. Double the pace to 400 prospects per seller and Artisan needs Employee at two sellers and a sales quote from four sellers up, while the RegieGO columns do not change, because Regie does not publish how many credits a contact uses and its seat price is flat. That is the honest gap in Regie's card: you cannot turn 15,000 credits into a lead count from the pricing page. Run the Free plan's 250 credits against a real list before you commit.

Is Regie AI cheaper than Artisan?

Yes for one seller and for any team that dials, and about the same at two to five sellers who only email. RegieGO Pro is $49 a month against Artisan Intern at $280 monthly or $250 annually. From two sellers up the annual totals sit within a few hundred dollars of each other, until Artisan's $67-a-seat dialer is added, which RegieGO already includes.

The other price difference is commitment. RegieGO Pro and Team have no contract and cancel from billing settings. Artisan's startup plans can also be billed monthly, but the annual discount on both comes with the credits up front: 60,000 on RegieGO Pro, 120,000 on Artisan Intern. Neither rolls paid credits over, so an annual plan is a bet that you will use a year of capacity.

Which is better, Regie AI or Artisan?

It depends on who you want doing the work. RegieGO is a prospecting workspace. It builds the list, enriches and verifies contacts, drafts in your voice and dials, and a person decides who gets what and presses send. That suits a founder or a rep who likes to own their pipeline and wants to call.

Artisan is an agent. Ava finds leads, writes and sends the campaign, handles replies and books meetings, and your reps take the meetings and dial the warm ones. That suits a team that wants outbound running in the background and has people to close. If you want the same delegation without an annual plan, and the work around outbound handled too (account research, inbox triage, CRM updates, the weekly report), that is what WorkAgent does at $149 a month. It has no dialer and no LinkedIn steps, so a phone-first team should not buy it for outbound. Our AI SDR page sets out exactly which outbound steps the agent takes and which stay with you.

Does Regie AI have a dialer, and does Artisan?

Both do, priced differently. RegieGO includes a power dialer with local numbers you pick on Pro and every Team seat, and dialing spends credits. Artisan's human power dialer is an add-on for your reps at $67 a seat a month on annual billing or $75 monthly, with a brief before each call and a follow-up after. Neither has an AI calling prospects for you on these plans.

What happens when the credits run out?

On RegieGO, research, drafting, enrichment and dialing pause until the next refresh, unless the workspace owner has switched on overage billing, which is capped at a limit they set. Extra credits cannot be bought on their own. Artisan's card does not say what happens at zero on the startup plans, and it does not print a top-up price, so ask before you sign. One RegieGO rule is worth knowing whichever tool you choose: enrichment that returns nothing is free, so a thin or old list costs less to work there than on tools that charge for every lookup.

If all you actually need is a clean list of verified addresses to load into the sequencer you already use, a dedicated email finder that verifies each address is a smaller purchase than either platform.

Which one to buy, by situation

  • One founder who prospects and calls: RegieGO Pro at $49 a month. Nothing else in this comparison is close on price, and the dialer is included.
  • Two to five reps who want an agent sending in the background, email only: Artisan Intern or Employee, and test monthly first ($280 or $660) before you pay a year up front.
  • Two to five reps who dial every day: RegieGO Team, because Artisan's dialer seats add $804 a rep a year on annual billing.
  • A founder or small team who wants outbound and the admin around it done, month to month: WorkAgent, from $149 a month, or $888 for a year.

Whichever you pick, judge it on cost per booked meeting after a month, not on the sticker. Our AI SDR cost per meeting breakdown shows how to work that number for every tool on the same benchmark, and Amplemarket alternatives priced per seat runs the same 1, 2, 3 and 5 seller arithmetic across Apollo, lemlist, Instantly and AiSDR. If Artisan is the one you are leaning away from, Artisan AI alternatives compares the rest of the field.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Regie AI cost compared to Artisan?

RegieGO is $49 a month for one person and $150 a seat for teams of two or more, or $41 and $125 billed annually. Artisan's startup plans are Intern at $250 a month and Employee at $600 billed annually, or $280 and $660 monthly, priced by credits rather than seats. Both offer a $0 plan that does not run full campaigns.

Does Regie AI or Artisan require an annual contract?

Neither does on the self-serve plans. RegieGO Pro and Team are month to month with no contract. Artisan's Intern and Employee can be billed monthly at a 12% premium over annual. Annual billing on both grants a year of credits up front, and paid credits do not carry over.

Which is better for a solo founder, Regie AI or Artisan?

RegieGO on price: $49 a month against Artisan's cheapest sending plan at $280 monthly. Artisan's Intern plan is sized for about 500 leads a month, which most solo founders will not use. Choose Artisan only if you specifically want an agent sending on its own and can feed it that volume.
