Short answer: Amplemarket's only published plan is $7,200 a year for two seats, so for one to three sellers almost every alternative is cheaper. On published prices a solo seller pays $588 a year on Apollo Basic, $660 on lemlist's Email plan, $888 on WorkAgent billed yearly and $3,000 on AiSDR Solo month to month. The right pick depends less on the sticker than on the one thing you would lose by leaving: the dialer, LinkedIn steps, the data, or somebody else doing the work.

We sell WorkAgent, one of the tools below, so weigh that. Amplemarket, Apollo, lemlist and Instantly were read on their own pricing pages on September 30, 2026, AiSDR on September 28, all from a US connection. Where a vendor prints no price, we say so rather than guess.

Why small teams go looking for an Amplemarket alternative

Amplemarket is a strong product with an awkward entry point. The Startup plan is $600 a month on an annual term with two users included, and the other two plans are quotes. That structure creates three kinds of buyer who end up searching for something else.

The first is the solo founder. Startup cannot be bought for one person, so one seller pays $600 a month for a login that sits idle, plus half of the email and phone credits that come with it. The second is the team of three. The third seat is "available to purchase" at a price Amplemarket does not print, so the budget is unknowable until a rep quotes it. The third is the team that only sends email. Amplemarket says itself that it is "probably not the right fit if your motion is single-channel cold email only." Our Amplemarket pricing page has the full rate card and a calculator for your seat count.

Amplemarket alternatives priced for 1, 2, 3 and 5 sellers

Every figure is a year of list price on the vendor's cheapest sensible plan for that team size. Annual billing is used where the vendor offers it, because that is how Amplemarket is sold.

Tool and plan1 seller2 sellers3 sellers5 sellersHow it is priced
Amplemarket Startup$7,200$7,200$7,200 plus an unpriced seatStartup plus 3 unpriced seats, or a Growth quote$600 a month, 2 users, annual term

Apollo Professional$948$1,896$2,844$4,740$79 per seat a month, billed annually
lemlist Email$660$660$660$660$55 a month yearly, unlimited users
lemlist Multichannel$1,044$2,088$3,132$5,220$87 per user a month, yearly

WorkAgent$888$2,988$2,988$7,788Starter 1 seat, Pro 3 seats, Scale 10 seats, billed yearly

Two caveats before you read it as a ranking. The tools do not do the same job, which the next section covers. And the per-seat tools meter data separately: Apollo gives 30,000 credits per seat per year on Basic and 48,000 on Professional, lemlist sells lead data as an add-on from $16 a month on yearly billing for 2,000 credits, and Amplemarket gives 13,500 email and 600 phone credits per user per year. A cheap seat with a thin data pool can cost more than it looks by month three.

Which Amplemarket alternative fits which buyer

Apollo, if you want the database and will run it yourself

Apollo is the closest like-for-like swap: a large contact database, sequences, a dialer and a Chrome extension, sold per seat. Basic is $49, Professional $79 and Organization $119 per seat per month billed annually, and Organization needs at least three seats. One rule catches teams out. Apollo's own FAQ says every seat on an account sits on the same plan, so one power user on Professional moves the whole team to $79. Credits are pooled across the team and do not roll over. If you want an agent to do the finding and drafting instead of running Apollo yourself, our Apollo alternative page covers that trade.

lemlist, if email is most of your outbound

lemlist's Email plan is the cheapest team option in the table because it does not count users: $69 a month, or $55 on yearly billing, for unlimited users and up to 50,000 emails a month, with warmup and an email and phone finder. The Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn, SMS and a built-in dialer at $109 per user a month, or $87 yearly, which brings it close to Amplemarket's feature list at a fraction of the entry price for two people. Budget for the data add-on if you do not already own your lists.

Instantly, if volume sending is the whole job

Instantly prices sends and contacts rather than seats. The Outreach Growth plan is $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts with unlimited email accounts and warmup, and the Starter bundle, which adds a lead database and credits, is $94 a month. It is a sending engine, not a research or calling platform, so it replaces Amplemarket's sequencer and deliverability tools and nothing else.

AiSDR, if you want an AI SDR to do the prospecting

AiSDR is a different category: it researches contacts and writes and sends the sequences itself. Solo is $250 a month for 200 contacts, one user, month to month, which makes it the lowest-commitment test of a done-for-you AI SDR. A second login moves you to Explore at $900 a month on a quarterly contract. Our AiSDR pricing page works out the cost per contact and per meeting, and the 11x AI alternatives guide compares the other AI SDRs the same way.

WorkAgent, if outbound is one of several jobs nobody has time for

WorkAgent is a flat-rate AI agent: $149 a month, or $888 for a year, on Starter. It builds a target list, researches each account, writes and sends the emails, follows up, triages replies and updates the CRM, and on the same plan it also does the research, reporting and inbox work around outbound. Pro covers three seats and 200 sends a working day. It has no dialer and sends no LinkedIn steps, so a phone-first team should look elsewhere. See our AI SDR page for how the outbound work is split between you and the agent.

What you give up when you leave Amplemarket

Be clear about this before you switch, because the cheaper tools are cheaper partly because they do less.

  • One seat, many channels. Amplemarket puts data, email, phone and LinkedIn sequences, and a dialer in one login. Rebuilding that from Apollo plus lemlist plus a warmup tool is possible, and for two people it is still cheaper, but it is three contracts.
  • Signals. Duo Signals and job change alerts are on every Amplemarket plan. Most alternatives charge extra for intent data or leave it out.
  • Competitive intelligence. Amplemarket's Duo Competitive Intelligence watches rivals' digital footprint for sales timing. If that feature was the reason you shortlisted it, a standalone competitor monitoring tool that tracks rivals' pricing, site changes and ads will usually do more for less than a sales platform's add-on.
  • The trial. Amplemarket offers a free trial on every plan, and most of the tools above do too. Use whichever you shortlist on your own list before anyone signs a year.

How to choose in one pass

Start from the team, not the tool. One seller who dials: Apollo Professional. One seller who only emails: lemlist Email or Instantly. Two to three sellers who want everything in one seat and can commit to a year: Amplemarket Startup is fair value, as long as you ask for the third seat's price in writing. A founder who wants the prospecting done rather than a tool to run: AiSDR Solo for LinkedIn-heavy markets, WorkAgent when the admin around outbound is the real bottleneck.

Whatever you pick, work out cost per active seller and cost per credit you will actually use, not the headline. The Amplemarket cost calculator does that for Startup, and the demo at the top of this page shows what the agent produces on your own target list before you pay for anything.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best Amplemarket alternative?

It depends on what you would miss. Apollo is the closest swap for a database plus sequencer at $49 to $119 per seat a month billed annually. lemlist is the cheapest for email-led teams at $55 a month yearly with unlimited users. AiSDR and WorkAgent suit teams that want the prospecting done for them rather than a platform to run.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Amplemarket?

Yes, for teams under about five sellers. Amplemarket Startup is $7,200 a year for two seats. Apollo Basic is $588 a year per seat, lemlist Email is $660 a year for unlimited users, and WorkAgent Starter is $888 a year. At five sellers or more the gap narrows once you add the data and dialer costs the cheaper tools meter separately.

Is Amplemarket better than Apollo?

For a team that runs email, phone and LinkedIn from one seat and values signals and deliverability tools, Amplemarket is the more complete platform. Apollo is far cheaper to enter, sold per seat from $49 a month billed annually, and has a larger self-serve footprint. Solo sellers and budget-limited teams usually get more value from Apollo.

Does Amplemarket have a monthly plan?

No published one. The Startup card reads $600 a month on an annual term, so the commitment is $7,200 for twelve months. Growth and Elite are quoted. If you need month to month, AiSDR Solo, lemlist on monthly billing and WorkAgent all offer it.
