In short
Read on October 2, 2026, lemlist sells two self-serve plans. Email is $69 a month ($55 billed yearly) for 50,000 emails a month with unlimited users and unlimited email senders, so it is priced per workspace, not per person. Multichannel is $109 per user a month ($87 yearly) and adds LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and a built-in dialer with unlimited emails and messages. Enterprise is a quote. Finding emails and phone numbers costs extra through a data add-on from $20 for 2,000 credits a month, where one email costs 5 credits and one phone number 20. Unused credits roll over while you stay subscribed. Many page-one guides still describe an older per-user ladder (Email Starter, Email Pro, Outreach Scale) that is no longer on the card.
- Email plan, monthly

Count the people, then the channels
On lemlist the price depends less on your headcount than on whether you need LinkedIn.
The Email plan is one price for the whole workspace, so five people cost the same $69 as one. The moment the team needs LinkedIn steps, calls or SMS, every person moves to Multichannel at $109 each. For a team of five that is $69 or $545 a month for the same seats, and the calculator below shows where your team lands.
Calculator
Lemlist cost calculator for your team, channels and contact data
Set how many people will use lemlist, whether they need LinkedIn and calls, how many emails you send and how many emails and phone numbers you need found each month, then pick a billing period. The calculator picks the plan and the volume and credit tiers lemlist would put you on and shows the monthly bill, the year, the cost per user and per email sent. It runs in your browser. No email, no sign-up.
Your outbound
An email found costs 5 credits and a phone number 20. Credits are charged only for results and roll over while you stay subscribed.

Lead data add-on
Per user and per email
Against the per-user reading and a flat agent, per month
- lemlist, , as priced on the card
- WorkAgent, ( sends a working day)
On the Email plan your people share one workspace price. Ticking LinkedIn would make it a month before data, because Multichannel is priced per user.
Lemlist Email $69, $89, $159, $359 and $659 a month for 50,000 to 1,000,000 emails (quarterly about 10% off, yearly about 20% off), Multichannel $109, $99 or $87 per user, lead data credits from 2,000 for $20 to 200,000 for $1,568 at 5 credits an email and 20 a phone number, all read off lemlist.com/pricing on October 2, 2026. The per-user comparison applies the $79 per user Email Pro figure several guides still quote. WorkAgent plans: Starter 1 seat and about 40 sends a working day, Pro 3 seats and 200, Scale 10 seats and 1,000.
The lemlist rate card
What each lemlist plan costs, and what it buys
Lemlist now sells two self-serve plans, one priced per workspace and one priced per person, plus two credit add-ons. Here is every figure on the card and the per-user, per-email and per-credit numbers it leaves you to work out.
Email, $69 a month or $55 billed yearly
Priced per workspace by sending volume, with unlimited users and unlimited email senders. The base tier covers 50,000 emails a month. It includes the 650M+ lead database, the email and phone finder (paid in credits), lemAgent signal, enrichment and messaging agents, the MCP server and CLI, warm-up and the deliverability hub, CRM integrations and the API.
Email at higher volume, $89 to $659 a month
The same plan with a bigger sending allowance: 100,000 emails for $89 ($71 yearly), 200,000 for $159 ($127), 500,000 for $359 ($287) and 1,000,000 for $659 ($527). Doubling volume from 50,000 to 100,000 adds only $20, so the price per email falls from $0.00138 to $0.00089 on monthly billing.
Multichannel, $109 per user or $87 billed yearly
Everything in Email plus LinkedIn automation, SMS automation, a WhatsApp add-on, the built-in dialer with VoIP, and working from Gmail and LinkedIn. Each user gets 5 senders and unlimited emails and messages. Pricing is per user, so this is the plan where headcount drives the bill.
Enterprise, custom
Everything in Multichannel with 5 or more senders per user, working from your CRM, custom roles and permissions, SSO and SAML, custom terms, a dedicated account manager, priority support, and payment by wire or SEPA with monthly or quarterly billing of an annual contract. No price is printed.
Lead data add-on, from $20 for 2,000 credits
Credits buy contact data from 25+ providers. The card says 2,000 credits is 400 emails or 100 phone numbers, so an email costs 5 credits and a phone number 20. Tiers run from 2,000 credits at $20 a month ($16 yearly) to 200,000 at $1,568 ($1,254 yearly). You are charged only when a result comes back.
Buying intent signals, from $29 for 100
Real-time alerts when a lead does something that suggests interest. 100 signals a month is $29 ($21 yearly), up to 5,000 for $1,068 ($768 yearly). This is a separate add-on from the lead data credits, so a team that wants both pays for both.
What the guides get wrong
Why the lemlist price you found may not be the one you pay
Most guides price the Email plan per user. The card does not.
Guides ranking for this query describe Email Starter at $32 to $39 and Email Pro at $65 to $79 per user a month. On October 2, 2026 the card shows one Email plan at $69 a month with unlimited users and unlimited email senders. For a five-person team that is $69, not the $395 a per-user reading suggests.
LinkedIn is the most expensive checkbox on the page
Moving one person from Email to Multichannel adds $40 a month. Moving a team of five turns $69 into $545 on monthly billing, almost eight times the bill, because Multichannel is priced per person and Email is not. Decide which people really need LinkedIn and calling before you upgrade the whole team.
Credits roll over, despite what a rival's guide says
Amplemarket's guide to lemlist pricing (May 2026) says lemlist credits do not roll over. Lemlist's own FAQ says unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription remains active, and that you are charged only for successful results. That makes a bigger yearly credit tier less risky than it looks.
The "Save 20%" badge undersells the signals add-on
On the plans the yearly discount is 20.3% for Email and 20.2% for Multichannel. On buying signals it is bigger: $29 to $21 is 27.6%, and 5,000 signals go from $1,068 to $768, 28.1%. Quarterly billing on signals saves about 21%, more than the 10% the toggle advertises.
Email volume is cheap. Contact data is where the money goes.
Sending 50,000 emails costs $69. Finding 1,000 verified emails costs 5,000 credits, $49 a month on the matching tier. For most small teams the data add-on ends up near or above the plan itself, so price the list you need, not just the sends.
The free trial is the Multichannel plan, minus calls
The 14-day trial needs no credit card and gives Multichannel features except in-app calls, plus 200 credits. That is a fair test of LinkedIn steps, but if you only plan to buy Email, judge it on email deliverability, not on the LinkedIn features you will lose on day 15.
Compare
Lemlist pricing against the tools small outbound teams compare it with
Lemlist read on lemlist.com/pricing and Salesforge on salesforge.ai/pricing on October 2, 2026. Apollo is from apollo.io/pricing as read on September 30, 2026. Cost per email is the plan price divided by the plan allowance, so it holds only if you use the whole allowance. Confirm every price with the vendor before you buy.

The honest read: for a team that wants to run its own cold email at volume, lemlist Email is one of the cheapest serious options on the market, because five people share one $69 plan. WorkAgent costs more per email and earns that only if you want the list built, the research done, the emails written and sent and the replies sorted for you, and if outbound is one of several jobs you want handled. If LinkedIn steps are essential, price lemlist Multichannel per person against Salesforge Growth, which keeps unlimited users.
How much does lemlist cost per month?
$69 a month on the Email plan for 50,000 emails with unlimited users, or $109 per user a month on Multichannel, read on lemlist.com/pricing on October 2, 2026. Billed yearly they are $55 a month and $87 per user. Quarterly billing sits in between at $62 and $99. Enterprise is quoted.
The Email plan scales by sending volume rather than headcount: $89 for 100,000 emails, $159 for 200,000, $359 for 500,000 and $659 for 1,000,000 a month. Multichannel scales by people. A three-person team that needs LinkedIn pays $327 a month on monthly billing, $261 billed yearly.
Contact data is a separate line. A small team that needs 1,000 verified emails a month adds 5,000 credits, $49 a month, so a realistic three-person email setup is about $118 a month, or $94 billed yearly, before you buy any sending domains.
Does lemlist charge per user?
Only on Multichannel and Enterprise. The Email plan includes unlimited users and unlimited email senders for one workspace price, which is the biggest change from the ladder most guides still describe. Multichannel is $109 per user a month, and each user gets 5 senders.
That makes the headcount question simple. If your whole team only sends email, add everyone to one Email plan. If one or two people run LinkedIn or call prospects, check whether lemlist lets you mix plans in your workspace before assuming everyone must move up, and price the difference: each person on Multichannel costs $109 where the Email plan cost nothing extra.
How do lemlist credits work?
Credits are lemlist's currency for data: finding emails and phone numbers, enriching leads and receiving buying signals. The lead data add-on sells monthly allowances from 2,000 credits for $20 to 200,000 for $1,568. One email costs 5 credits and one phone number 20, and you are charged only when a result comes back.
Unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription stays active, according to lemlist's own FAQ. The volume discount is modest on monthly billing, from $0.0100 a credit at 2,000 to $0.0078 at 200,000, about 22% off at the top. Billing yearly takes another 20%, down to about $0.0063 a credit on the largest tier.
In practice that is $0.05 per found email and $0.20 per phone number on the entry tier, falling to roughly $0.03 and $0.13 at the top on yearly billing. Buying signals are a separate add-on from $29 for 100 a month.
Is lemlist worth it for a small team?
For a team that writes and runs its own cold email, yes. Five people sharing a $69 Email plan pay $13.80 each, and the plan includes warm-up, deliverability monitoring, the lead database and the API. Few tools give that much sending capacity to a whole team for one price.
The decision changes when the bottleneck is time rather than tooling. Lemlist sends what you build: someone still has to pick the accounts, research each one, write the sequence, watch the replies and update the CRM. WorkAgent is the other shape. You brief the job and the agent builds the list, researches each account, writes and sends the sequence, sorts the replies and logs them. Starter is $149 a month, or $888 a year billed yearly, and the same agent also takes research, inbox and reporting work. It sends far fewer emails per dollar than lemlist, so it fits a team that wants the work done, not a team that wants to send more.
If you want an agent and LinkedIn in one product, Salesforge pricing and Agent Frank sets out what that costs, and AI SDR shows how we split outbound work between you and our agent.
How lemlist compares with Salesforge, Apollo and RegieGO on price
For a single seller the entry plans sit close together: lemlist Email $69 monthly or $55 yearly, Salesforge Pro $40 monthly, Apollo Basic $49 a seat billed annually, and RegieGO Pro $49 monthly. Each sells something different at that price. Lemlist is a sequencer with a shared team plan, Salesforge a sequencer with LinkedIn on its $80 Growth plan, Apollo a contact database with sequencing attached, and RegieGO a research and drafting workspace with a dialer.
The gap opens with headcount and channels. For five people sending email only, lemlist Email is $69 and Salesforge Growth $80, both with unlimited users. Add LinkedIn and lemlist becomes $545 while Salesforge Growth stays $80. Our Amplemarket alternatives priced per seat works the same arithmetic for 1, 2, 3 and 5 sellers, Regie AI pricing covers the RegieGO card, Apollo alternative covers the database-first option, Smartlead pricing covers the sequencer priced by send volume with no charge per mailbox, and Instantly pricing covers the one that sells its lead database as a separate credits plan.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask about lemlist pricing
How much is lemlist per month?
Lemlist Email is $69 a month for 50,000 emails with unlimited users, or $55 a month billed yearly. Multichannel is $109 per user a month, or $87 billed yearly. Enterprise is a quote. Contact data credits are extra, from $20 a month for 2,000 credits, read on lemlist.com/pricing on October 2, 2026.
What are the lemlist pricing plans?
Two self-serve plans and Enterprise. Email is priced per workspace by sending volume, from $69 for 50,000 emails to $659 for 1,000,000. Multichannel is $109 per user and adds LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and calling. Enterprise adds SSO, custom roles and a dedicated account manager on a quote. Data credits and buying signals are add-ons.
Is lemlist cheaper with annual billing?
Yes. Yearly billing takes about 20% off: Email drops from $69 to $55 a month and Multichannel from $109 to $87 per user. Quarterly billing takes about 10% off ($62 and $99). Add-ons get the same treatment, and the buying signals add-on is discounted about 28% on yearly billing.
How much does lemlist LinkedIn automation cost?
LinkedIn automation is only on Multichannel, at $109 per user a month or $87 billed yearly. The Email plan does not include LinkedIn steps. For a team of five, adding LinkedIn moves the bill from $69 to $545 a month on monthly billing, because Multichannel is priced per person.
Does lemlist charge extra for the API?
No. The API, the MCP server and the CLI are listed in the Email plan and included in Multichannel, with no separate API fee on the pricing page. Data lookups made through the API still use credits from the lead data add-on, at 5 credits an email and 20 a phone number.
How much do lemlist credits cost?
The lead data add-on starts at $20 a month for 2,000 credits, which the card equates to 400 emails or 100 phone numbers. Larger tiers are $49 for 5,000, $94 for 10,000, $225 for 25,000, $441 for 50,000, $833 for 100,000 and $1,568 for 200,000, each about 20% less billed yearly.
Do lemlist credits roll over?
Yes. Lemlist's FAQ says unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription remains active, and you are charged only for successful results. Some third-party guides say the opposite, so check the FAQ on the pricing page before you size a yearly tier.
Does lemlist have a free trial?
Yes. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, opens the Multichannel features except in-app calls, and includes 200 credits to find emails and phone numbers or test buying signals. After 14 days you choose Email, Multichannel or Enterprise to keep sending.
Is lemlist cheaper than Salesforge?
For email only, they are close: lemlist Email is $69 a month and Salesforge Growth $80, both with unlimited users and 50,000 emails. Salesforge Pro is cheaper at $40 for one user. With LinkedIn, Salesforge Growth is far cheaper for a team, because lemlist Multichannel is priced at $109 per user.
Is lemlist cheaper than WorkAgent?
Per email, yes, by a wide margin. Lemlist Email sends 50,000 emails for $69 a month; WorkAgent Starter is $149 for about 40 sends a working day. They do different jobs: lemlist is a tool your team runs, WorkAgent is an agent that builds the list, writes, sends and sorts replies for you.
