Meet Alfred pricing per seat, what each plan costs a sales team, and why its own page shows two annual prices

Meet Alfred is $59, $99 or $79 a seat a month, and $35, $59 or $47 on annual billing, while the same page still prints $29, $49 and $39. Here is what teams of 1 to 10 pay, when Teams beats Business, and what happens to the bill when you remove a seat.

Short answer: Meet Alfred lists three self-serve plans at $59 (Individual), $99 (Business) and $79 a seat (Teams, three seats minimum) a month. Quarterly billing takes 20% off and annual billing 40%, which the plan cards show as $35, $59 and $47 a seat a month, or $425, $713 and $569 a seat a year. Further down the same page, the comparison table still prints $29, $49 and $39 for annual billing. For any team of three or more, Teams costs less per seat than Business and includes everything Business has.

We sell WorkAgent, a competing product covered below, so weigh that. Every Meet Alfred figure was read on meetalfred.com/pricing and its Fair Billing Policy on October 9, 2026, with the page fully rendered. Waalaxy was read on October 8, Expandi and Dripify on October 7, HeyReach on October 5 and Linked Helper on October 9, 2026.

Meet Alfred is one of the few LinkedIn tools that runs LinkedIn, email and X in one sequence at a price below $100 a seat, and that's why it keeps turning up on agency shortlists. Its pricing has two quirks a buyer should know before entering a card number. The page quotes two different annual prices. And the plan built for teams costs less per seat than the plan built for individuals, but it won't sell you fewer than three seats.

How much does Meet Alfred cost per month?

$59 a seat on Individual, $99 on Business and $79 a seat on Teams, billed monthly. Pay quarterly and the price drops 20%, to about $47, $79 and $63. Pay annually and it drops 40%, to $35, $59 and $47 a seat a month, charged up front as $425, $713 or $569 a seat for the year.

For one person the real entry plan is Business, not Individual. Individual runs LinkedIn only: no email steps, no Sales Navigator, no InMail, no CRM integrations and no webhooks, and its Lead Finder stops at 1,000 results. Anyone who wants LinkedIn and email in the same sequence, which is the reason most people pick Meet Alfred, starts at $99 a month or $59 on annual terms.

Why Meet Alfred's own page shows two annual prices

The plan cards at the top of the pricing page compute annual prices with a 40% discount. That's what the page's own calculator does, and it matches the "Save 40% with annual billing" headline: $59 becomes $35, $99 becomes $59, $79 becomes $47. The comparison table lower on the page opens with a header row that reads $29, $49 and $39 "billed annually", which is closer to a 50% discount. The three-question plan picker on the same page also recommends Teams at "$39 USD per user/month, billed annually".

That second set of numbers is what most guides have copied. Several page-one results for this query describe a 50% annual discount and a $29 starting price. Unless your checkout shows otherwise, budget on the card figures, $35, $59 and $47, and take a screenshot of the checkout screen before you pay. On three Teams seats for a year the gap is $303 ($1,707 on the cards against $1,404 at $39).

What a sales team pays for Meet Alfred

Here is the bill for the plan most teams need, LinkedIn plus email, at each team size. Business and Teams carry the same sequencing features, so the cheaper of the two is the one to buy.

SeatsBusiness, monthlyTeams, monthlyBusiness, annual (per year)Teams, annual (per year)Cheaper
1$99$237 (3 seat minimum)$713$1,707Business
2$198$237 (3 seat minimum)$1,426$1,707Business
3$297$237$2,139$1,707Teams
5$495$395$3,565$2,845Teams
10$990$790$7,130$5,690Teams, and talk to sales

From three seats Teams wins on every billing period, by $20 a seat a month at list and $144 a seat a year on annual terms. At ten seats the page shows a "Talk to Sales" prompt, and at 38 seats it suggests the Unlimited plan, which is quoted. Neither has a published price, so anything you are told in that conversation is negotiable and worth getting in writing.

When Meet Alfred Teams is cheaper than Business

Always from three seats, and sometimes for fewer people than that. Two cases come up a lot.

A solo founder or two-person team that needs native HubSpot or Salesforce. Business connects to CRMs through Zapier and webhooks, but the native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations are on Teams only. To get them you buy three seats: $237 a month or $1,707 a year, against $99 or $713 on Business. For one person that's 2.4 times the price for one integration. If Zapier will do, stay on Business.

An agency that wants white label. White label, client workspaces, roles and team reporting all sit on Teams. An agency running three client accounts pays $237 a month on Teams, less than three Business seats at $297, and gets the branding on top. Agencies that resell outreach under their own name usually also send a retainer for each new client to sign, and an online e-signature tool covers that step for a few dollars rather than a printer and a scanner.

What happens to the bill when you add or remove a seat

Meet Alfred's Fair Billing Policy is clear and worth reading before you size the team. Each user needs their own license, and licenses can't be shared. Add a seat and you are billed straight away, pro rata, for the rest of the period. On an annual plan, a seat added halfway through the year bills six months on the spot.

Removing a seat works differently. You don't get money back. The policy says a pro-rata credit goes onto your Meet Alfred account, to be used when you invite someone new or at renewal. That credit "has no currency or exchange value, is non-transferable and non-refundable", and it expires if you cancel. For an annual team with turnover, that's the clause that matters. Buy annual seats for the core team you are confident about and add the rest month to month.

Meet Alfred vs Waalaxy, Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach on price

Dripify Pro$395$295Inbox included
HeyReach Growth$395$315Email through Instantly or Smartlead
Expandi Business$495$395Teammates who don't send log in free

At five seats Meet Alfred Teams is in the middle of the pack paid monthly, and on annual terms it's the cheapest of the cloud tools in the table, at $47 a seat. Only Linked Helper pricing goes lower, and that's because it runs on a computer you keep switched on rather than in the vendor's cloud. If price per profile is the only thing that matters, Waalaxy pricing is lower on its Pro and Advanced plans, but cold email there is Business only. Expandi pricing is the highest of the group per seat. For a closer look at the two nearest rivals, our Dripify pricing per user and HeyReach pricing per sender guides price each plan for a team.

Is Meet Alfred worth it for a small sales team?

Yes, if the team has three or more people who all work LinkedIn and email every day, and someone owns the campaigns. At $47 a seat on annual Teams it's among the cheapest ways to run both channels from one sequence, and the white label is a real asset for an agency. It's a worse buy for a solo founder who needs native CRM sync, since that forces three seats, and for a team with high turnover on annual billing, since removed seats become non-refundable account credit.

The bigger question for many small teams is whether they want a sequencer at all. Every tool above gives you the machinery and leaves the work with you: building lists, writing the sequences, watching reply rates, keeping accounts healthy, moving replies into the CRM. If that's the part you don't have time for, a seat price isn't the right comparison.

Where WorkAgent fits

We sell WorkAgent, so read this with that in mind. It doesn't automate LinkedIn. You brief the job and the agent builds the target list, researches each account, writes and sends the email sequence from your own inbox, sorts the replies and updates the CRM. The same plan covers research, inbox triage and reporting. Starter is $149 a month, month to month. Next to three Meet Alfred Teams seats at $237 a month, it's the option for a founder or small team that wants the outbound done rather than another tool to run. Questions buyers ask about Meet Alfred pricing

How much does Meet Alfred cost?

Meet Alfred costs $59 a seat a month on Individual, $99 on Business and $79 a seat on Teams with a three-seat minimum, billed monthly, read on its pricing page on October 9, 2026. Annual billing takes 40% off, to $35, $59 and $47 a seat a month. Unlimited is quoted.

Does Meet Alfred offer an annual discount?

Yes. The pricing page applies 20% off for quarterly billing and 40% off for annual billing, paid up front. Its comparison table still prints annual prices of $29, $49 and $39, closer to 50% off, so check the checkout total before you pay.

What is the minimum number of seats on Meet Alfred Teams?

Three. The seat selector on the Teams card starts at three and won't go lower, so the smallest Teams bill is $237 a month or $1,707 a year. From ten seats the page shows a Talk to Sales prompt, and from 38 it suggests the quoted Unlimited plan.

Does Meet Alfred integrate with HubSpot?

Natively only on Teams and Unlimited. Business connects to CRMs through Zapier and webhooks, and Individual has no CRM integrations at all. If native HubSpot or Salesforce sync is a requirement, the cheapest route is three Teams seats.

Can I get a refund if I remove a Meet Alfred seat?

No cash refund. The Fair Billing Policy says a removed license becomes a pro-rata credit on your account, used for new team members or at renewal. The credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and expires if you cancel.

Is Meet Alfred cheaper than Expandi?

Yes. Expandi is $99 a LinkedIn seat monthly or $79 billed annually. Meet Alfred Teams is $79 a seat monthly or $47 annually, so five seats cost $395 a month against $495, or $2,845 a year against $4,740 on annual terms.
