HeyReach pricing per sender and what a LinkedIn outreach team really pays

HeyReach Growth is $79 a LinkedIn sender a month and drops to $59 for every seat from 10 senders. Agency is $999 for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50; Unlimited is $2,999. Here is where each plan wins, the 17-sender crossover, and what the page leaves out.

Short answer: HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per user. Growth is $79 a sender a month, $71 billed quarterly and $63 billed yearly, and from 10 senders every seat drops to $59. Agency is $999 a month for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders. Teammates, VAs and clients log in free.

We sell WorkAgent, a competing product covered below, so weigh that. Every HeyReach figure here was read on heyreach.io/pricing on October 5, 2026, from a US connection, including the price logic the page runs when you move its sender slider and the structured data it publishes for search engines.

Every plan includes unlimited campaigns, all LinkedIn actions (connection requests, messages, follow-ups, voice notes, profile views), the unified inbox, the API and webhooks, workspaces, the MCP server and native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead for email. A done-for-you VIP service sits above the three plans on a custom quote.

How much does HeyReach cost per month?

$79 a month for one LinkedIn sender on Growth, or $63 a month billed yearly. A team of five pays $395 a month, or $315 billed yearly. Agencies pay $999 a month for 25 senders or $1,399 for 50, and Unlimited is $2,999 a month. Users are free; only LinkedIn accounts are billed.

The word that matters is sender. HeyReach's own FAQ defines a sender, or seat, as "a LinkedIn account that you add to your organization", and says it does not charge for teammates, VAs, clients or users. So a founder with one profile and an assistant who runs the inbox pays for one seat, not two. A rep who runs a second LinkedIn account pays for two.

The tenth sender lowers the bill

This is the detail the plan card does not show until you drag the slider. HeyReach's pricing script prices Growth at $79 a sender for 1 to 9 senders and $59 a sender for every seat once you reach 10. The discount applies to all seats, not just the ones above nine.

SendersGrowth, monthlyGrowth, yearly (per month)Cheapest option
1$79$63Growth
3$237$189Growth
5$395$315Growth
9$711$567Growth at 10 seats
10$590$470Growth
16$944$752Growth
17$1,003$799Agency 25 ($999), or a tie yearly
25$1,475$1,175Agency 25 ($999)
50$2,950$2,350Agency 50 ($1,399)

Nine senders cost $711 a month and ten cost $590. If you run nine LinkedIn accounts, adding a tenth cuts the bill by $121 a month, so either add one or ask HeyReach whether it will bill nine seats at the ten-seat rate. On yearly billing the gap is $97 a month.

When is the HeyReach Agency plan cheaper than Growth?

From 17 senders. On monthly billing, 17 Growth seats at $59 cost $1,003 against $999 for Agency with 25 senders, and on yearly billing the two meet at exactly $799. Below 17 senders Growth is cheaper. Above 25, Agency with 50 senders at $1,399 beats Growth at every size the slider allows.

The price is not the only thing that changes. Growth gives each sender a dedicated residential proxy. Agency and Unlimited ask you to bring your own proxies, though the FAQ says HeyReach will "figure something out" on a call if you have none. Price proxies for 17 to 25 accounts before you treat Agency as the cheaper plan, because at the crossover a few dollars of proxy per account erases the saving. Agency also adds one whitelabel brand, done-for-you onboarding, a dedicated Slack channel and 1,000 enrichment credits.

Does HeyReach charge per user or per LinkedIn account?

Per LinkedIn account. HeyReach bills each connected LinkedIn profile as a sender and lets you invite unlimited teammates, VAs and clients free of charge. A five-person team in which only two people run LinkedIn outreach pays for two senders, $158 a month on Growth, not five.

That makes HeyReach cheap for teams where one SDR or assistant works several profiles, and expensive for teams that want every rep on LinkedIn, because headcount and senders become the same number. Expandi bills the same way, per LinkedIn account with free logins for everyone else, at $99 a seat; we price it in Expandi pricing per seat. Dripify counts each seat as a user, from $59 a month, covered in Dripify pricing per user. Waalaxy is the cheapest seat of the group at $19 to $69 from a US connection, every seat on one plan, in Waalaxy pricing, and Skylead's $999 Agency plan for 25 seats competes directly with HeyReach Agency, set out in Skylead pricing per seat. Compare that with Salesforge Growth at $80 a month, which lists unlimited LinkedIn senders and unlimited users, or lemlist Multichannel at $109 per user, which bundles email and LinkedIn. We set out both on Salesforge pricing and Agent Frank cost and lemlist pricing.

What HeyReach's structured data says, and why it matters

The pricing page publishes schema.org data for search engines and AI assistants. On October 5, 2026 it described the Agency plan as $999 with "50 senders included" and the Unlimited plan as $1,999 for "up to 500 LinkedIn accounts". The visible page says $999 buys 25 senders, 50 cost $1,399, and Unlimited is $2,999 capped at 300 senders.

If an assistant tells you HeyReach Unlimited is $1,999, that is probably where it read it. The page description also says "unlimited LinkedIn seats for a fixed cost, starting at $799/month", which is the yearly price of Agency with 25 senders, a plan that is not unlimited. And the FAQ still calls Growth by an older name, Starter. Plan from the cards, and confirm the checkout total.

What HeyReach does not include

Email. HeyReach is LinkedIn-only and sends email through native integrations with Instantly and Smartlead, which are separate subscriptions. A three-person team on HeyReach Growth with Smartlead Pro for email pays $237 plus $94, $331 a month, before mailboxes and domains. Our Smartlead pricing page has a calculator that adds the mailboxes, which at volume cost more than the plan.

Contact data is the second gap. The enrichment credits are a one-time allocation, 100 per sender on Growth, to get you started, and top-ups are sold separately with no price printed on the pricing page. A team that needs a few thousand verified emails a month should price a data source alongside the seats.

The third is what happens after someone accepts and replies. HeyReach puts the reply in its unified inbox; turning it into a meeting is still a manual step unless you send a booking link that drops the meeting straight onto your calendar, and logging it in your CRM needs a webhook or a person.

HeyReach pricing compared with a flat AI agent

HeyReach is a LinkedIn sending tool. Someone still has to build the list, write the sequences, watch the inbox and move the good replies forward. If you have that person and LinkedIn volume is the goal, HeyReach Growth at $79 a sender is fair value, and the 10-sender and 17-sender breakpoints above are where the real savings sit.

If the bottleneck is that nobody has time to do outbound at all, the cheaper fix is usually the work rather than more senders. WorkAgent is $149 a month, month to month, or $888 for a year. You brief the job and the agent builds the target list, researches each account, writes and sends the email sequence, sorts the replies and updates the CRM, and the same plan covers research, inbox triage and the weekly report. It does not automate LinkedIn, so it does not replace HeyReach for a team built on LinkedIn volume. Our AI SDR page sets out which outbound steps the agent takes and which stay with you, and AI lead generation software shows a full campaign run.

Which HeyReach plan to buy, by situation

  • A founder or rep with one LinkedIn profile: Growth, $79 a month or $63 billed yearly, and use the 14-day trial (no card, up to 3 accounts) first.
  • A team running 6 to 9 profiles: price 10 Growth seats before you buy 9. Ten cost $590 a month; nine cost $711.
  • A team or agency at 10 to 16 profiles: Growth at $59 a seat, $47 billed yearly, with proxies included.
  • An agency at 17 to 50 profiles: Agency, $999 for 25 or $1,399 for 50, once you have priced your own proxies.
  • An agency past 50 profiles: Unlimited at $2,999, which works out to $10 a sender at the 300-sender cap and $58.80 at 51.
  • A small team that wants outbound done rather than more LinkedIn capacity: WorkAgent from $149 a month, alongside or instead of a sending tool.

Questions buyers ask about HeyReach pricing

Is HeyReach worth it for a small team?

Yes, if the team already runs LinkedIn outreach by hand and wants to automate it across a few profiles. At $79 a sender, one SDR running two profiles pays $158 a month with proxies included and no charge for the manager who reads the inbox. It is less useful if nobody on the team has time to write the campaigns and work the replies.

Does HeyReach have a free trial?

Yes. The Growth plan has a 14-day trial with no credit card that connects up to 3 LinkedIn accounts, according to the pricing page FAQ. The FAQ also says you can request a 30-day trial of the Agency and Unlimited plans, which suits an agency that wants to test its own proxies before committing.

Is HeyReach cheaper than lemlist?

For LinkedIn alone, yes. HeyReach Growth is $79 a sender and lemlist Multichannel $109 a user, though lemlist includes email sending in that price and HeyReach does not. Add Smartlead Pro at $94 for email and a three-person team pays $331 on HeyReach plus Smartlead against $327 on lemlist Multichannel, almost the same.
