In short

Read from a US connection on October 8, 2026, Waalaxy costs $19 a month per seat on Pro, $39 on Advanced and $69 on Business, or $16, $32 and $55 a month billed yearly in one payment. One seat is one LinkedIn account. Pro caps you at about 300 invitations a month, Advanced and Business at about 800, and only Business sends cold email. The LinkedIn Inbox is a separate add-on that the help center prices in euros, and team discounts from 10% to 30% exist from five seats but only by asking support for a code.

Every seat is on the same plan

On Waalaxy one rep who needs cold email moves the whole team to Business.

The help center says every seat in a Waalaxy team shares one plan, one billing period and one renewal date. Five reps on Pro cost $95 a month. If one of them starts sending cold email, the team moves to Business at $345, because Waalaxy does not mix plans inside a team. The calculator below shows that jump for your headcount and sets it against Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach.

The calculator prices Waalaxy in dollars from the US card, shows what moving everyone to Business costs if one rep needs cold email, and prices the same profiles on Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach. It runs in your browser. No email, no sign-up.

HeyReach $79 a sender or $63 yearly, $59 or $47 from 10 senders, Agency $999 for 25 or $1,399 for 50 ($799 and $1,119 yearly), Unlimited $2,999 ($2,399 yearly) up to 300 senders (October 5, 2026). WorkAgent Starter $149 a month or $888 a year sends email, not LinkedIn.

The Waalaxy rate card in dollars

What each Waalaxy plan costs a US buyer and what it buys

Waalaxy shows a different card depending on where you load it from. These are the prices a US connection gets, with the billing rules from Waalaxy's own help center.

Pro, $19 a seat a month

About 300 LinkedIn invitations a month, which the help center spells out as a maximum of 11 a day. Unlimited campaigns, pre-built sequences, automated follow-ups, CRM sync and 25 email finder credits a month. Messages, visits and follows run at the same daily quotas as the higher plans, so Pro is limited on new connections, not on working the network you already have. Yearly it is $16 a month, $192 for the year.

Advanced, $39 a seat a month

Raises invitations to about 800 a month, which the help center sets at up to 100 a day within LinkedIn's own limit of about 200 a week. Adds API access, Make, Zapier and n8n modules and live chat support with a four hour reply target. Still 25 email finder credits and no cold email. Yearly it is $32 a month, $384 for the year.

Business, $69 a seat a month

Same invitation ceiling as Advanced. What the extra $30 buys is cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn plus email campaigns, multiple sender accounts and 500 email finder credits a month, which are shared across a team rather than held per seat. Yearly it is $55 a month, $660 for the year.

Yearly billing, paid in one payment

The US card offers Monthly and Yearly, labelled minus 20%. The help center says a yearly plan is charged in a single installment for all twelve months and renews automatically. You can cancel the renewal up to 24 hours before it runs, and the account then drops to Freemium.

LinkedIn Inbox, an add-on on every plan

The Inbox (saved replies, reminders, tags, scheduled messages) is not in any plan. The help center prices it at 20 euros a month, 48 a quarter or 120 a year, excluding tax, and the pricing page offers a trial of 500 conversations. It must run on the same billing cycle as your plan, and in a team it cannot be added to one account alone.

Freemium, not a working plan

Freemium keeps your prospects and campaigns visible but runs no automation at all: no invitations, no messages, no campaigns, only CSV imports. It is where a cancelled or unpaid account lands, not a way to run outreach for free.

What the guides leave out

Why the Waalaxy price you read may not be the one you pay

Advanced is $39 in the US, not $49

Load waalaxy.com/pricing without a US connection and the card reads 19, 49 and 69 euros. From a US connection it reads $19, $39 and $69, and the page's own structured data lists the same three dollar prices. Several page-one guides and price trackers quote Advanced at $49, which is the euro card with the currency symbol swapped.

The 50% yearly discount is not on the US card

European visitors see three toggles, Monthly, Quarterly at minus 20% and Yearly at minus 50%. The US card shows only Monthly and Yearly at minus 20%. A guide that tells you to pay yearly and halve the price is describing an offer a US card does not get.

Minus 20% is only true on Business

Yearly saves $36 a seat on Pro (15.8%), $84 on Advanced (17.9%) and $168 on Business (20.3%). The yearly price is rounded up to the next dollar on the two cheaper plans, so the label is accurate only on the most expensive one.

One plan for the whole team

All seats in a Waalaxy team share one plan, one billing period and one renewal date, and the Inbox cannot be switched on for a single seat. Five reps on Pro are $95 a month. One rep who needs cold email puts all five on Business, $345, which is $3,000 a year more for one person's channel.

Team discounts exist and are only given on request

The help center lists 10% off from 5 seats, 15% from 10, 20% from 20, 25% from 30 and 30% from 40. The discount is not applied at checkout. You ask support for a code and enter it before you pay. A ten seat team on Business that pays without asking spends $1,242 a year more than it needs to.

The trial bills without a reminder

The help center says a card-activated trial converts to a paid plan at the end unless you cancel, and that no reminder is sent before the first charge. The same article still quotes a standard Business price of 139 euros a month, double the current card, and notes it varies by country. Put the trial end date in your calendar the day you start.

The honest read: Waalaxy is the cheapest LinkedIn seat in this table by a wide margin, $19 against $79 to $99, and Advanced at $39 still undercuts every rival by $40 or more. What you trade is a smaller invitation ceiling on Pro, cold email locked to Business, an Inbox you pay for separately and team discounts you have to ask for. WorkAgent does not automate LinkedIn. It is the option if the real gap is that nobody has time to build the list, research the accounts, write the outreach and work the replies, and email is an acceptable channel.

How much does Waalaxy cost per month in US dollars?

From a US connection on October 8, 2026, Waalaxy costs $19 a seat a month on Pro, $39 on Advanced and $69 on Business. Billed yearly the same seats cost $16, $32 and $55 a month, charged as one payment of $192, $384 or $660. A seat is one LinkedIn account, so the bill is seats times the seat price.

For one founder on one profile that is $19 to $69 a month, which is why Waalaxy shows up first whenever someone sorts LinkedIn tools by price. For a team the arithmetic changes faster than the headline suggests. Five reps cost $95 on Pro, $195 on Advanced or $345 on Business each month, before the Inbox add-on. The help center prices the Inbox at 20 euros a seat a month, so a five seat team that wants a shared reply view adds about 100 euros a month, billed on the same cycle as the plan.

The figure that changes the bill most is not the plan price but the plan you are forced onto. Because every seat in a team must sit on the same plan, the plan is set by the rep with the biggest need. If one person sends cold email, everyone pays for Business.

Why US buyers see different Waalaxy prices

Waalaxy geolocates its pricing page. Fetched without a location, or loaded from Europe, the card reads 19, 49 and 69 euros a month with Quarterly at minus 20% and Yearly at minus 50%. Loaded from a US connection, the same page reads $19, $39 and $69 with only Monthly and Yearly at minus 20%. The structured data inside the page lists $19, $39 and $69, so search engines and AI assistants that read it see the dollar card.

That is why the guides disagree. One page-one guide is titled around a "50% annual trick", which is real on the euro card and absent from the US one. Price trackers that print $49 for Advanced have converted the euro card symbol for symbol. For a US company paying by card, the numbers that matter are the dollar ones above, and the yearly saving is $36 to $168 a seat, not half the price.

Waalaxy's help center still mixes the two. Its Team article works an example of Advanced at 49 euros a seat a month on yearly billing, and its subscription article quotes a standard Business price of 139 euros a month after the trial, while noting the price may vary by country. Treat the checkout screen as the final word and take a screenshot of it.

What Waalaxy costs a sales team of five or ten

Five seats on monthly billing cost $95 on Pro, $195 on Advanced and $345 on Business. At five seats the help center offers a 10% discount code, which brings those to $85.50, $175.50 and $310.50. Yearly, five Business seats are $3,300 for the year before any code.

Ten seats cost $190, $390 or $690 a month at list. With the 15% code the help center lists for ten or more accounts, they drop to $161.50, $331.50 and $586.50. Over a year on Business, that code is worth $1,242. The catch is procedural: the discount is not applied at checkout, it is requested from support and entered before you pay, and codes only exist from five seats up.

Two team rules matter as much as the price. Seats are not tied to a person, so when a rep leaves you reassign the seat at no cost. And email finder credits are pooled across the team while invitation quotas stay per seat, so a team on Business with ten seats shares 5,000 finder credits a month but cannot move one rep's unused invitations to another.

Waalaxy vs Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach on price

On price per LinkedIn account Waalaxy is in a different band. Pro at $19 and Advanced at $39 sit far below Expandi at $99, Dripify Pro at $79 and HeyReach Growth at $79. Even Business at $69 is the cheapest seat in the comparison that includes cold email in the same sequence. At ten profiles HeyReach drops every sender to $59, which still costs more than Waalaxy Advanced at $39 or $33.15 with the team code.

The lower price buys less headroom. Pro caps new invitations at about 11 a day. Advanced and Business stop at about 800 a month, which is close to what LinkedIn itself tolerates, so the ceiling is rarely the problem on those plans. The more practical gaps are that the reply inbox is extra, cold email sits only on the top plan, and a mixed team cannot keep cheap seats for the reps who only use LinkedIn. Our Expandi pricing page prices the per-seat alternative with a calculator, Dripify pricing per user prices Dripify for a team, and HeyReach pricing per sender covers the 10 and 17 sender breakpoints. If you would rather pay per license and run the software on your own machine, Linked Helper pricing undercuts even Pro once you prepay, and Meet Alfred pricing per seat prices a three seat team with LinkedIn, email and X in one sequence.

Where WorkAgent fits, and where it does not

We sell WorkAgent, so read this with that in mind. It does not automate LinkedIn. If LinkedIn invitations and messages are your channel and your budget is tight, Waalaxy is hard to beat on price, and the table above shows where it gives ground.

WorkAgent is the other kind of purchase. You brief the job and the agent builds the target list, researches each account, writes and sends the email sequence from your own inbox, sorts the replies and updates the CRM, and the same plan covers research, inbox triage and reporting. Starter is $149 a month, month to month. It suits a founder or small team whose problem is that outbound is not getting done at all, not that the LinkedIn seat costs too much. See AI lead generation software for how a campaign runs and AI SDR for how the work splits between you and the agent. If you pair LinkedIn with cold email, Instantly pricing and lemlist pricing price the email side.

Is there a Waalaxy team plan?

Yes. A Waalaxy team is a set of seats on one subscription, billed at the plan price times the number of seats, with one plan, one billing period and one renewal date for everyone. Seats can be reassigned at no cost. Discount codes of 10% to 30% are available from five seats on request.

Does Waalaxy offer volume discounts?

Yes, but you have to ask. The help center lists 10% off from 5 seats, 15% from 10, 20% from 20, 25% from 30 and 30% from 40. The code is not applied automatically. You request it from support and enter it before paying, and no code exists below five seats.

How much is the Waalaxy Inbox?

The help center prices the LinkedIn Inbox at 20 euros a month, 48 euros a quarter or 120 euros a year per seat, excluding tax, on top of any plan. It must run on the same billing cycle as your plan, and in a team it cannot be added to one seat alone. A 500 conversation trial is offered.

What is the difference between Waalaxy Advanced and Business?

The invitation ceiling is the same, about 800 a month. Business adds cold email sequences, multichannel LinkedIn and email campaigns, multiple sender accounts and 500 email finder credits a month instead of 25. For a US buyer that difference costs $30 a seat a month, or $23 billed yearly.

Is Waalaxy cheaper than Dripify?

Yes at every comparable tier. Waalaxy Pro is $19 against Dripify Pro at $79, and Waalaxy Business with cold email is $69 against Dripify Advanced at $99, all per LinkedIn account a month. Dripify includes its inbox in the seat; Waalaxy sells the Inbox as an add-on.

Is Waalaxy cheaper than Expandi?

Yes. Expandi is $99 a LinkedIn seat monthly or $79 yearly. Waalaxy is $19 to $69 monthly or $16 to $55 yearly. At five profiles Expandi costs $495 a month against $345 for Waalaxy Business. Expandi lets teammates who do not send log in free.

Can I cancel Waalaxy at any time?

You can cancel the renewal at any time from Settings, Invoices, Manage my subscription, up to 24 hours before it renews. Access continues to the end of the paid period and the account then drops to Freemium. Yearly plans are paid upfront in one payment, so cancelling stops the next year, not the current one.
