In short

Read on October 7, 2026, Expandi costs $99 a month per seat on its Business plan, or $79 a month per seat billed annually, which is $948 a year. A seat is one LinkedIn account, not one user: teammates and clients log in free, but a second LinkedIn profile is a second $99. From 10 seats Expandi moves you to a quoted Agency plan with white-label and a success manager. Image, GIF and video personalization are paid add-ons outside the seat price, and Expandi's help center says a seat keeps billing after you disconnect its LinkedIn account until you cancel the seat itself.

Count LinkedIn profiles, not people

On Expandi the bill follows LinkedIn accounts, and a seat bills until you cancel it.

Five reps on LinkedIn means five seats, $495 a month or $395 billed annually. A sixth seat bought for a new hire who has not started yet is billed too, because Expandi charges for seats purchased, connected or not. The calculator below adds the seats you will really pay for and sets them against Dripify and HeyReach for the same number of profiles.

Calculator

Expandi cost calculator for your LinkedIn seats, idle seats and add-ons

Set how many LinkedIn profiles will send, how many paid seats will sit unconnected, the billing period and whether you want image and video personalization. The calculator prices Expandi at list, then prices the same profiles on Dripify and HeyReach, and shows what idle seats cost you a year. It runs in your browser. No email, no sign-up.

Expandi Business $99 a seat monthly or $79 billed annually, Agency quoted from 10 seats (expandi.io/pricing, October 7, 2026). Seats bill whether or not a LinkedIn account is connected (Expandi help center, Manage subscriptions). Image and video add-ons use Expandi's own estimate of about $69 (Hyperise) and $49 (Sendspark) a seat a month and stay at that figure on annual billing because neither vendor price was read for this page. Dripify Basic $59 or $39, Pro $79 or $59, Advanced $99 or $79 per user (dripify.com/pricing, October 7, 2026). HeyReach $79 a sender or $63 yearly, every sender $59 or $47 from 10 senders, Agency $999 for 25 or $1,399 for 50 ($799 and $1,119 yearly), Unlimited $2,999 ($2,399 yearly) up to 300 senders (read October 5, 2026). The calculator picks the cheapest HeyReach option that fits. WorkAgent Starter $149 a month or $888 a year sends email, not LinkedIn.

The Expandi rate card

What each Expandi plan costs, and what it buys

Expandi sells one public plan, priced per LinkedIn account, and quotes everything from ten seats up. Here is every figure on the card, what the help center says about how seats are billed, and the add-ons that sit outside the seat price.

Business, $99 a seat a month

The only plan with a printed price. One seat runs one LinkedIn account in the cloud on a dedicated country-based IP, with profile warm-up, unlimited campaigns, the If/Action sequence builder, email follow-ups in the same sequence, campaign prioritization, dynamic placeholders, unlimited templates and integrations. Every feature on the card is in the one plan, so there is no tier to outgrow below ten seats.

Business billed annually, $79 a seat a month

The annual toggle drops the seat to $79, which is $948 a year against $1,188 on monthly billing, a saving of $240 a seat. The card labels it both "20% Off" and "get 2 months free". Twenty percent is the accurate one. Two months free would be $990 a year.

Agency, quoted from 10 seats

For 10 or more LinkedIn accounts or a white-label setup, Expandi routes you to sales. Agency adds role and permission management, centralized campaign management, client reports, template sharing, a dedicated customer success manager, specialized support and the option to run Expandi under your own brand. The card says "the more accounts you take, the more you save" and prints no rate.

Image and GIF personalization, extra

The pricing page marks image and GIF personalization as "an additional cost to your existing subscription" and prints no price. Expandi's own comparison page names Hyperise for images and estimates it at about $69 a month a seat.

Video personalization, extra

Video runs through a paid Sendspark integration, which Expandi's comparison page puts at about $49 a month. It also adds Sales Navigator Core at $119.99 and arrives at roughly $337 a seat a month for the full stack on monthly billing, or about $265 on annual plans.

Seats added mid-cycle, prorated

Expandi bills per seat on one subscription and charges a seat added part way through a cycle only for the time left until the next billing date. The help center's worked invoice shows 4 seats at $99.00 for $396.00, plus prorated lines for seats added during the month.

What the guides leave out

Why the Expandi price you found may not be the one you pay

A disconnected seat is still a paid seat

Expandi's help center says the price "depends on the number of seats purchased (it does not matter if they are connected to any LinkedIn account or not)". Disconnecting a LinkedIn account does not cancel its seat. When a rep leaves or a profile gets restricted, the seat bills at $99 a month until someone removes it on the Subscriptions and Payments page.

The seat price is per LinkedIn account, not per person

This cuts in your favor more often than guides suggest. A manager, an assistant who works the inbox and a client who wants to watch can all log in without a seat. What costs money is every LinkedIn profile that sends, so a founder who runs two profiles pays for two seats.

The annual discount is not two months

The same card says "Annually (20% Off)" and "Switch to annual to get 2 months free". $79 against $99 is 20.2% off, a saving of $240 a seat a year, which is about 2.4 months. Small, but it is the number that goes in a budget.

Volume discounts exist and are not published

Expandi's FAQ says that with multiple accounts "you may qualify for further discounts" and asks you to request a quote in live chat, and the Agency card promises savings from 10 seats. Neither prints a rate. A team of six to nine profiles should ask for a quote before paying six to nine times the list price.

Some AI summaries invent an Agency price

Answers generated for Expandi comparison queries in October 2026 describe an Expandi Agency plan at $199 a user a month. The Expandi pricing page shows no such figure. Agency is a "Talk To Sales" card with the $99 and $79 seat prices beside it, so treat any fixed Agency number as unverified until it is on your quote.

Seats move within a workspace, not between them

You can transfer a seat to another LinkedIn account once a month from LinkedIn settings, or as often as you like from Subscriptions and Payments. A seat cannot move to a different workspace. An agency that sets up one workspace per client cannot shift paid seats between clients, so plan the workspace layout before you buy.

The honest read: at one to nine profiles Expandi costs the same as Dripify Advanced and $20 a profile more than Dripify Pro or HeyReach, and what that buys is the condition-based sequence builder, signal-based enrollment and free logins for everyone who does not send. From ten profiles HeyReach is far cheaper at list. WorkAgent does not automate LinkedIn at all. It is the option if the gap is that nobody has time to build the list, research the accounts, write the outreach and work the replies, and email is an acceptable channel.

How much does Expandi cost per month?

$99 a month per LinkedIn seat on the Business plan, read on expandi.io/pricing on October 7, 2026. Billed annually it is $79 a month per seat, $948 a year. There is no cheaper tier and no free plan, and above nine seats Expandi quotes an Agency price instead of publishing one.

So the monthly bill is simply seats times the seat price, plus anything you bolt on. One founder running one profile pays $99, or $79 on annual billing. A five-rep team pays $495 a month, or $395 billed annually, $4,740 for the year. Add Expandi's own estimate for image and video personalization, about $118 a seat, and the same five seats come to about $1,085 a month before Sales Navigator.

What does not change the bill is headcount that does not send. A sales manager, an assistant who answers replies and a client who wants to see the campaign all log in to the workspace at no charge. That is worth counting before you compare Expandi with tools that bill every user.

Does Expandi charge per user or per LinkedIn account?

Per LinkedIn account. Expandi's help center says the license is based on seats, one seat runs one LinkedIn account at a time, and the price depends on the number of seats purchased. Users are not billed. Expandi's own HeyReach comparison says both tools "charge per LinkedIn account, never per user".

The rule that catches people is the second half of that help article: a seat is billed whether or not it is connected. Disconnecting a LinkedIn account from a seat, which you might do when an employee leaves or LinkedIn restricts a profile, does not stop the charge. You have to remove the seat on the Subscriptions and Payments page. A team that turns over two reps a year and forgets this pays $99 a month for each empty seat until someone notices.

Is Expandi worth $99 a month?

For a team that runs LinkedIn outreach seriously from a few profiles, it can be. The $99 buys a cloud seat on a dedicated IP with warm-up, condition-based sequences, email steps in the same flow and unlimited campaigns, with nothing held back for a higher tier. Against Dripify Advanced it costs the same, and against Dripify Pro or HeyReach it costs $20 a profile more.

It is harder to justify in two cases. The first is volume: at ten profiles HeyReach drops every sender to $59, so ten profiles cost $590 against Expandi's $990 at list, and Expandi only closes that gap through a quote. The second is time. Expandi automates the sending; it does not decide who to target, research the accounts or write the messages. If nobody on the team has the hours to do that, more automation capacity will not fill the pipeline.

Expandi vs Dripify and HeyReach on price

For one to nine LinkedIn profiles the three are close. Expandi is $99 a profile. Dripify is $59 on Basic, which allows one campaign and about 20 connection requests a day, $79 on Pro and $99 on Advanced, and Dripify counts each seat as a user who connects one LinkedIn account. HeyReach is $79 a sender and lets teammates log in free, like Expandi. Billed annually the same three read $79, $39 to $79 and $63.

From ten profiles the gap opens. HeyReach reprices every sender to $59, so ten senders cost $590 a month, and at 17 senders its $999 Agency plan for 25 becomes the cheaper route. Expandi and Dripify both send ten-plus teams to sales. For an agency the quote is the real price, so get one from Expandi before you compare it at list. Our HeyReach pricing per sender guide walks through the 10 and 17 sender breakpoints, and our Dripify pricing per user guide prices each Dripify plan for a team. If price per profile decides it, Waalaxy pricing is the floor of the category at $19 a seat from a US connection, and Skylead pricing per seat shows where an agency plan beats buying seats. If you are comfortable running desktop software, Linked Helper pricing goes lower still, and Meet Alfred pricing per seat covers the cheapest cloud option for a team of three or more on annual terms.

Where WorkAgent fits, and where it does not

We sell WorkAgent, so read this with that in mind. It does not automate LinkedIn. If LinkedIn connection requests and messages are your channel, buy Expandi, Dripify or HeyReach, and the table above shows which is cheapest for your number of profiles.

WorkAgent is the other shape of product. You brief the job and the agent builds the target list, researches each account, writes and sends the email sequence from your own inbox, sorts the replies and updates the CRM, and the same plan covers research, inbox triage and reporting. Starter is $149 a month, month to month. It suits a founder or small team whose real problem is that outbound is not getting done at all. See AI lead generation software for how a campaign runs and AI SDR for how the work splits between you and the agent. If you pair LinkedIn with cold email, Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing price the email side, and lemlist pricing prices a tool that bundles both.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about Expandi pricing

How much does Expandi cost?

Expandi costs $99 a month per LinkedIn seat on the Business plan, or $79 a month per seat billed annually, read on expandi.io/pricing on October 7, 2026. That is $948 a seat a year on annual billing. Agency pricing for 10 or more seats is quoted. Image, GIF and video personalization cost extra.

Is Expandi priced per user?

No. Expandi prices per seat, and one seat runs one LinkedIn account. Teammates, assistants and clients who work in the workspace are not billed. A team pays for every LinkedIn profile that sends, so a founder running two profiles pays for two seats and a manager who only reads replies pays nothing.

Does Expandi have a free trial?

Yes. Expandi offers a 7-day free trial with every feature open, and its comparison page says no credit card is required and nothing is charged during the 7 days. If you continue, seats are managed under Subscriptions and Payments. There is no permanent free plan.

How much does Expandi cost per year?

$948 per seat on annual billing, which is $79 a month, against $1,188 for twelve months at $99. The saving is $240 a seat a year, 20.2%. Five seats cost $4,740 a year billed annually. Expandi's card also says annual billing gives "2 months free", which would be $990, so budget from the $79.

Does Expandi charge for disconnected seats?

Yes. Expandi's help center says the price depends on the number of seats purchased, connected to a LinkedIn account or not, and that disconnecting a seat does not cancel it. To stop paying you remove the seat on the Subscriptions and Payments page. Disconnecting the LinkedIn account alone keeps the charge running.

What does the Expandi Agency plan cost?

Expandi does not publish one. The Agency card is for 10 or more seats or white-label use and says "Talk To Sales", adding roles and permissions, client reporting, template sharing, a dedicated success manager and your own branding. Expandi says larger seat counts save more but prints no rate, so ask for a quote.

Are there hidden costs with Expandi?

Three to plan for. Image and GIF personalization is a paid add-on, video runs through a paid Sendspark integration, and Expandi estimates the full stack with Sales Navigator at about $337 a seat a month. Unconnected seats keep billing. Seats added mid-cycle are charged prorated for the time left in the cycle.

Is Expandi cheaper than Dripify?

Not at list. Expandi is $99 a profile monthly or $79 annually. Dripify is $59, $79 or $99 monthly and $39, $59 or $79 annually, so Dripify Pro is $20 cheaper and Dripify Advanced is the same price. Expandi does not bill teammates who do not send; Dripify counts each seat as a user.

Is Expandi cheaper than HeyReach?

For one profile, no: HeyReach Growth is $79 a sender against Expandi's $99. At ten profiles the gap widens, because HeyReach reprices every sender to $59, so ten cost $590 against $990 for Expandi at list. Both bill per LinkedIn account and let teammates log in free.

Can I cancel Expandi at any time?

Yes for monthly subscriptions. Expandi's FAQ says you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time with no strings attached. Cancel the seat itself on the Subscriptions and Payments page, because disconnecting the LinkedIn account does not end the billing for that seat.
