In short

Read on October 9, 2026, Linked Helper costs $15 a month per license on Standard and $45 on Pro with local data storage, or $29.90 and $59.90 with cloud storage. Prepaying cuts the price by 11% for 3 months, 33% for 6 and 45% for 12, so a Standard license is $99 a year and Pro is $297. One license runs one LinkedIn account. Volume discounts of 10% to 50% start at 10 licenses and multiply with the term discount, and because they jump at fixed counts, 18 or 19 licenses cost more than 20.

The license is cheap, the machine is yours

Linked Helper is desktop software, so the cloud version still needs your computer switched on.

Linked Helper says it plainly in its own FAQ: both versions run on your computer or on a VPS you control, and that machine has to be on with the app running. The cloud version moves your leads, campaigns and message history to Linked Helper servers in the United States. It does not move the automation. Proxies and the VPS are bought separately, so price them alongside the license before you compare Linked Helper with a tool that runs in its own cloud.

The Linked Helper rate card

What each Linked Helper license costs and what it buys

Linked Helper prices one license per LinkedIn account, in two plans, two storage versions and four prepaid terms. These are the sixteen prices its own pricing page loads, and the rules that decide which one you pay.

Standard, $15 a license a month

Every campaign feature, the 30-plus action campaign builder, invitations, follow-up sequences, InMails, email finding, CRM, native HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations and webhooks. What Standard caps is a group of actions at 20 a day: messages to group members and event attendees, messages with images, likes, event and page invitations, and contacts sent to your CRM or a webhook. 620 data credits a month.

Pro, $45 a license a month

The same software with the 20 a day caps removed on Linked Helper's side (LinkedIn's own limits still apply), 3,100 data credits a month instead of 620, and twice the AI credits for each term. Pro is three times the Standard price on every term, so it pays only if a 20 a day cap actually binds for that account.

Cloud storage, $14.90 a month more

Cloud Standard is $29.90 and Cloud Pro is $59.90 a month. The surcharge is the same $14.90 a month, or $99 a year, on either plan, which means it doubles the price of Standard and adds a third to Pro. It buys a shared workspace across devices and teammates, automatic backups and incoming webhooks.

Prepaid terms, 3, 6 or 12 months

The term discount is 11% for 3 months, 33% for 6 and 45% for 12. A local Standard license is $40 for 3 months, $60 for 6 and $99 for 12, which is $8.25 a month. Local Pro is $120, $180 and $297. Cloud Standard is $79.80, $120 and $198; Cloud Pro is $159.90, $240 and $396.

Volume discounts, from 10 licenses

No discount below 10 licenses, then 10% for 10 to 19, 20% for 20 to 49, 30% for 50 to 74, 35% for 75 to 99, 40% for 100 to 999 and 50% from 1,000. The volume and term discounts multiply. All licenses must be the same type, the same term and bought under one subscription for one Workspace.

Credits, granted by term

AI credits come with the license by term, 250 to 1,500 on Standard and 500 to 3,000 on Pro, granted up front rather than metered. Data credits are monthly. An email costs 1 data credit and a phone number costs 10, so 620 credits finds 620 emails or 62 phone numbers. Purchased credits never expire.

What the guides leave out

Why the Linked Helper price you read may not be the one you pay

Buying 20 licenses costs less than 18 or 19

Because the discount jumps at fixed counts and applies to every license, 19 yearly Standard licenses cost $1,692.90 and 20 cost $1,584. The same happens at every step: 44 to 49 licenses cost more than 50, 70 to 74 cost more than 75, and 93 to 99 cost more than 100. Nine licenses and ten cost exactly the same.

The $29.90 is the cloud version, not a different plan

Guides that list Linked Helper at $15 and at $29.90 are quoting the same Standard plan in its two storage versions. The pricing page defaults to local storage, $15. The cloud toggle adds $14.90 to either plan, and it does not change a single automation feature.

"Cloud" does not mean it runs in the cloud

Linked Helper's own FAQ answers "Is Linked Helper a cloud-based LinkedIn automation tool?" with no. Both versions are desktop software that runs on your computer or your VPS, and your LinkedIn session stays on that machine. If the computer sleeps, the campaign stops, on either version.

The discounts only stack inside one subscription

The volume tier needs every license on the same plan, storage version and term, bought together for one Workspace. Mix Standard and Pro, or buy ten licenses in two orders, and the pricing page says you get no volume discount. Its own FAQ answers "I bought 10+ licenses but got no discount. Why?" for exactly that reason.

Standard has caps that only show up in a team

Twenty likes a day sounds generous until the comparison table notes that with default settings that is four profiles a day in a like-and-comment campaign. Twenty CRM sends a day is a ceiling for an SDR who books meetings from LinkedIn. Check which of the 20 a day actions your playbook uses before you buy Standard for a team.

The trial is Pro and it does not bill you

The trial is 14 days of full Pro access with no card. When it ends the campaigns pause and nothing renews. Every account you add joins one shared trial end date, so a team can evaluate together. Trial usage on Pro is not a guide to what Standard will feel like.

The honest read: Linked Helper is the cheapest LinkedIn license in this table once you prepay, $8.25 a month for Standard on a yearly term, and the only one that publishes an automatic volume discount down to half price. What you trade is that it runs on a machine you keep on and maintain, proxies and a VPS are your cost, and Standard caps a set of actions at 20 a day. WorkAgent does not automate LinkedIn. It is in the table because some buyers comparing these tools want the outbound done for them rather than a cheaper seat to run themselves.

How much does Linked Helper cost per month?

On October 9, 2026, Linked Helper costs $15 a month per license on Standard and $45 on Pro, with local data storage and paid one month at a time. The cloud storage version is $29.90 and $59.90. One license runs one LinkedIn account, so a team pays the license price times the number of accounts it automates.

Prepaying is where the monthly figure falls. Three months saves 11%, six months 33% and twelve months 45%, so a local Standard license works out to $13.33, $10 or $8.25 a month, and Pro to $40, $30 or $24.75. No other LinkedIn tool in our comparison goes below $16 a seat a month, which is why Linked Helper shows up first whenever a team sorts by price.

Two costs sit outside the license. Linked Helper runs as desktop software, so the machine it runs on has to stay on, and agencies that run several accounts usually rent a VPS and a dedicated proxy per account. Linked Helper does not sell either and publishes no price for them, so add your own hosting figure before you compare it with a tool that runs in the vendor's cloud.

What Linked Helper costs a team of 5, 20 or 50 accounts

Five accounts sit below the first volume tier. On local Pro that is $225 a month paid monthly, or $1,485 a year prepaid, $24.75 an account a month. On Standard it is $75 a month or $495 a year. Five accounts on Cloud Pro, the version most teams want so a manager can open the same workspace, are $1,980 a year.

Twenty accounts reach the 20% tier. Twenty yearly Cloud Pro licenses cost $6,336, which is $26.40 an account a month. The same twenty on local Standard are $1,584 a year, the example Linked Helper prints itself, $6.60 an account a month and 56% below paying $15 monthly. For comparison, twenty Expandi seats at the annual rate would be $18,960 before an agency quote.

Fifty accounts reach 30%. Fifty yearly local Pro licenses cost $10,395, which is $17.33 an account a month. At that size the license is no longer the expensive part. Fifty LinkedIn accounts need fifty proxies, enough machines or VPS capacity to keep fifty sessions running, and someone to keep them healthy.

Where the Linked Helper volume discount backfires

The volume discount applies to every license in the order once you cross a tier, so the total falls when you cross. At 12 months on local Standard, 19 licenses cost $1,692.90 and 20 cost $1,584, which means the twentieth license comes with a $108.90 refund attached. The same arithmetic holds on every plan and term, because the tiers are percentages.

In practice: if you need 18 or 19 licenses, buy 20. If you need 44 to 49, buy 50. For 70 to 74 buy 75, and for 93 to 99 buy 100. At 9 licenses the tenth costs nothing. The spare licenses are not wasted either, since the pricing page says licenses can be moved between Workspaces, so an agency can park them for the next client.

The condition is that the order has to qualify. Every license must be the same plan, the same storage version and the same term, bought together under one subscription for one Workspace. A team that buys Standard for most reps and Pro for two power users splits into two orders, and each order is discounted on its own count.

Linked Helper vs Waalaxy, Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach on price

Paid monthly, Linked Helper Standard at $15 is the cheapest LinkedIn license we have priced, below Waalaxy Pro at $19, and Linked Helper Pro at $45 sits between Waalaxy Advanced at $39 and the $79 to $99 cloud tools. Prepaid for a year, Linked Helper Standard falls to $8.25 and Pro to $24.75, while Expandi stays at $79 and Dripify Pro at $59.

The price gap is mostly an architecture gap. Expandi, Dripify, HeyReach and Waalaxy run your LinkedIn session in their own cloud with a dedicated IP, and that infrastructure is part of what the seat buys. Linked Helper runs on hardware you supply. For one founder on a laptop that is free. For an agency running twenty accounts around the clock it is a server bill and an operations job, and it is the line to price before you call Linked Helper the cheapest.

For agencies at scale the field narrows to two published options. HeyReach Agency is $799 a month billed annually for 25 senders in the cloud. Twenty-five yearly Cloud Pro licenses on Linked Helper cost $7,920, which is $660 a month, plus whatever 25 sessions cost to host. The license saving is real, and it is smaller than the sticker prices suggest.

Where WorkAgent fits, and where it does not

We sell WorkAgent, so read this with that in mind. It does not automate LinkedIn, and if LinkedIn invitations and messages are your channel and you are comfortable running desktop software, Linked Helper is very hard to beat on price per account.

WorkAgent is the other kind of purchase. You brief the job and the agent builds the target list, researches each account, writes and sends the email sequence from your own inbox, sorts the replies and updates the CRM, and the same plan covers research, inbox triage and reporting. Starter is $149 a month, month to month, with nothing to install and no machine to keep running. It suits a founder or small team whose problem is the hours outbound takes, not the price of a LinkedIn seat.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask about Linked Helper pricing

How much does Linked Helper cost?

Linked Helper costs $15 a month per license on Standard and $45 on Pro with local storage, or $29.90 and $59.90 with cloud storage, read on its pricing page on October 9, 2026. Prepaying 12 months cuts that by 45%, to $99 or $297 a year. One license runs one LinkedIn account.

How much is Linked Helper per month?

Between $15 and $59.90 a month per LinkedIn account on monthly billing, depending on the plan and storage version. Prepaid terms lower the monthly equivalent to as little as $8.25 on local Standard for 12 months, or $24.75 on local Pro.

What is the difference between Linked Helper Standard and Pro?

The features are the same. Standard caps a set of actions at 20 a day, including messages to group and event members, image messages, likes, invitations to events and pages, and CRM or webhook sends, and gives 620 data credits a month. Pro removes those caps and gives 3,100 credits. Pro costs three times Standard on every term.

Is Linked Helper cloud based?

No. Linked Helper's own FAQ says it is desktop software on both versions, running on your computer or a VPS you control, and the machine has to be on. The cloud version, $14.90 a month more, stores your data on Linked Helper servers in the United States so teammates and other devices can open the same workspace.

Does Linked Helper have a free trial?

Yes. The trial is 14 days of full Pro access, with no credit card. When it ends, campaigns pause, nothing is charged and nothing renews automatically. Every LinkedIn account you add shares one trial end date, so a team can test at the same time.

Does Linked Helper offer volume discounts?

Yes, automatically. 10% from 10 licenses, 20% from 20, 30% from 50, 35% from 75, 40% from 100 and 50% from 1,000, multiplied with the term discount. All licenses must be the same plan, storage version and term, bought in one subscription for one Workspace.

Why do 20 Linked Helper licenses cost less than 19?

Because the 20% tier applies to every license once you reach 20. Nineteen yearly Standard licenses at 10% off cost $1,692.90, twenty at 20% off cost $1,584. The same happens at 44 to 49 against 50, 70 to 74 against 75, and 93 to 99 against 100.

Is Linked Helper cheaper than Expandi?

On the license, yes. Expandi is $99 a LinkedIn seat monthly or $79 billed annually. Linked Helper Pro is $45 monthly or $24.75 a month prepaid for a year, and Standard is $15 or $8.25. Expandi runs in its own cloud with a dedicated IP; Linked Helper needs your machine or VPS running.

Is Linked Helper cheaper than Waalaxy?

Usually. Linked Helper Standard at $15 a month undercuts Waalaxy Pro at $19, and on a 12 month term Standard is $8.25 against $16. Linked Helper Pro at $45 is $6 more than Waalaxy Advanced monthly but $7.25 less on a yearly term. Waalaxy runs in the cloud; Linked Helper runs on your computer.

Do I need a VPS or proxy for Linked Helper?

Not for one account on a computer you leave on. Teams that run accounts around the clock, or several accounts on one machine, typically use a VPS and a dedicated proxy per account. Linked Helper says both are purchased separately and publishes no price for them, so add them to the license cost.
