Skylead pricing per seat and what a sales team or agency really pays

Skylead is $100 a seat a month with LinkedIn and email in one sequence, $1,000 a seat a year on annual terms, and $999 a month for 25 seats on Agency. Here is what teams of 1 to 40 pay, where Agency beats seats, and what the add-ons cost.

Short answer: Skylead sells one public plan, All-in-one, at $100 a seat a month, with LinkedIn and email automation, unlimited sending mailboxes and 100,000 emails a month in the seat. Paying yearly through sales gets 2 months free, which works out to $1,000 a seat a year. The Agency plan is a first-year promotion at $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats, and at ten seats it already costs $1 less than ten All-in-one seats.

We sell WorkAgent, a competing product covered below, so weigh that. Every Skylead figure was read on skylead.io/pricing and Skylead's AI data enrichment page on October 8, 2026, from a US connection. Waalaxy was read the same day, Expandi and Dripify on October 7, HeyReach on October 5, 2026.

Skylead's price is easy to quote and easy to misread. One number, $100, covers almost everything for one person. The decisions that cost real money only appear once you price a team: when to stop buying seats and switch to Agency, what the yearly deal is worth, and which parts of the product sit outside the seat as add-ons. This page prices all three.

How much does Skylead cost per month?

$100 a seat a month on the All-in-one plan. One seat runs one sender with LinkedIn automation, email automation across unlimited mailboxes, unlimited warm-up, the email finder and verifier, image and GIF personalization, smart sequences, A/B testing, the API and real-time sync with HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce. The card puts the email allowance at 100,000 a month. A 7-day free trial comes before any charge.

That is a lot inside one price, and it is the main reason Skylead looks expensive next to LinkedIn-only tools and cheap next to buying a LinkedIn tool and a cold email tool separately. A solo founder pays $100 a month and needs nothing else to run both channels from one sequence.

What a sales team pays for Skylead

The bill grows one seat at a time on All-in-one, and it does not bill people who only log in, since the card lists unlimited team members. A manager who reviews campaigns or an assistant who works replies does not add a seat.

SeatsAll-in-one, monthlyAll-in-one, annual (per month)Agency planCheapest published option
1$100$83.33$999All-in-one
3$300$250$999All-in-one
5$500$416.67$999All-in-one

25$2,500$2,083.33$999Agency
40$4,000$3,333.33$1,999 unlimitedAgency unlimited

The annual figures assume the "pay 10 months and get 2 months free" terms on the card, which come through a sales conversation rather than a checkout toggle, so confirm them on your quote.

When the Skylead Agency plan is cheaper than seats

The Agency plan is labelled for agencies, but the arithmetic does not care what kind of company you are. At $999 a month for 25 seats, it costs $1 less than ten All-in-one seats on monthly billing, and $1 less than twelve seats on the annual deal. From there every extra seat up to 25 is free. A twenty-rep sales team on All-in-one pays $2,000 a month; the same team on Agency pays $999 and gets the agency dashboard, a Unibox across all conversations, granular roles and a dedicated Slack support channel thrown in.

The unlimited version at $1,999 a month takes over once you pass 25 seats, and at 20 seats it already costs $1 less than All-in-one. At 50 seats it works out to about $40 a seat, at 100 seats about $20.

Two cautions. First, the card calls both Agency prices a "first-year promotion" and does not say what year two costs, so ask for the renewal price in writing before you move a team onto it. Second, the Agency card says "Let's talk", so the figure is the published starting point of a sales conversation, not a self-serve checkout.

The Skylead prices the guides get wrong

Several summaries of Skylead pricing, including AI-generated answers in October 2026, describe the Agency plan as $999 for 50 seats. The card read on October 8, 2026 says 25 seats for $999 and unlimited seats for $1,999. If you plan a 30 seat team around the 50 seat figure, you will budget $999 for a plan that costs $1,999.

One page that ranks for "skylead pricing" under a Skylead review heading prices tiers at $197 to $297 a month, which are the prices of a different tool, Zopto. And price trackers list a flat $100 with no mention of the Agency break, which is the single most useful number for any team of ten or more.

What sits outside the Skylead seat price

Two products are marked as add-ons on every plan, including Agency: AI data enrichment and the AI SDR. The pricing page prints no price for either. Skylead's enrichment page says the credits carry no profit margin and are "based solely on provider pricing", naming OpenAI and Bright Data, and that savings are passed on as Skylead gets better rates. That is a reasonable model, but it means the add-on cost moves with usage and cannot be budgeted from the card. Ask for the current credit rate during the trial and run your real list through it.

The other cost to plan for is not Skylead's. Sending 100,000 emails a month safely needs a lot of mailboxes on secondary domains, and Skylead connects and warms an unlimited number of them, but you still buy the mailboxes and domains. Our how many inboxes per domain for cold email guide sizes that part.

Skylead vs Waalaxy, Expandi, Dripify and HeyReach on price

Skylead is the only tool in this group whose seat includes high-volume cold email with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up. The fair comparison is the price of a seat that does LinkedIn and email together.

  • Waalaxy Business: $69 a seat monthly or $55 yearly from a US connection, with cold email and 500 finder credits, but the reply Inbox is a separate add-on and every seat in a team must sit on the same plan. Our Waalaxy pricing page has a team calculator.
  • Expandi: $99 a seat monthly or $79 annually, with email steps in the sequence and free logins for teammates. From ten seats it quotes an Agency price instead of publishing one. See Expandi pricing.
  • Meet Alfred Teams: $79 a seat monthly or $47 annually, three seats minimum, with LinkedIn, email and X in one sequence and white label included. See Meet Alfred pricing per seat.
  • Linked Helper: $15 or $45 a license monthly, $99 or $297 a year, with automatic volume discounts from 10 licenses, but it runs on your own computer or VPS. See Linked Helper pricing.
  • Dripify: $79 Pro or $99 Advanced per user monthly, with 100 email finder credits. See Dripify pricing per user.
  • HeyReach: $79 a sender, $59 each from ten senders, LinkedIn only, with email through Instantly or Smartlead. See HeyReach pricing per sender.

For one to nine senders, Skylead costs more per seat than any of them, and the extra pays for email volume and mailbox handling you would otherwise buy from a separate sequencer. At ten senders it is still not the cheapest: Skylead Agency is $999, HeyReach is $590 and Waalaxy Business is $690. The gap closes as the team grows. At twenty senders Skylead Agency costs $999, the same as HeyReach's own 25-sender Agency plan, against $1,380 on Waalaxy Business and $1,980 on Expandi before its quote, and only Skylead's price includes the cold email side.

What Skylead does not do for you

Skylead automates the sending across both channels and keeps accounts inside safe limits. It does not choose which accounts deserve a message, research them, or write something a buyer answers, unless you pay for the AI SDR add-on and supervise it. The reply is also only half the job: a prospect who clicks through from a cold message usually looks for proof before booking, which is why teams that run outbound seriously collect and display customer reviews on the pages their messages link to.

If you have reps with time for targeting and writing, Skylead All-in-one is fair value for a team that wants LinkedIn and email in one sequence, and Agency is the obvious buy from ten seats. If the problem is that nobody has time to do outbound at all, more sending capacity will not fix it. WorkAgent is $149 a month, month to month, and does not automate LinkedIn. You brief the job and the agent builds the target list, researches each account, writes and sends the email sequence from your own inbox, sorts the replies and updates the CRM, and the same plan covers research, inbox and reporting. See AI SDR for how the work splits between you and the agent, and AI lead generation software for how a campaign runs.

Which Skylead plan to buy

  • One founder running both channels: All-in-one at $100 a month after the 7-day trial.
  • Two to nine senders: All-in-one, and ask sales for the annual terms if the headcount is stable, which saves $200 a seat a year.
  • Ten to 25 senders: Agency at $999 a month, with the year-two price in writing.
  • More than 25 senders: Agency unlimited at $1,999 a month.
  • A team that wants outbound done rather than more sending capacity: WorkAgent from $149 a month, by email, alongside or instead of a LinkedIn tool.

How much does Skylead cost?

Skylead costs $100 a seat a month on its All-in-one plan, read on skylead.io/pricing on October 8, 2026. Yearly terms through sales give 2 months free, $1,000 a seat a year. The Agency plan is $999 a month for 25 seats or $1,999 for unlimited seats as a first-year promotion. AI enrichment and the AI SDR are add-ons.

Is Skylead priced per user or per seat?

Per seat, where a seat is a sender. The All-in-one card lists unlimited team members, so colleagues who only review campaigns or answer replies do not add cost. Each seat carries 100,000 emails a month and connects unlimited mailboxes. Agency plans price a block of 25 seats or unlimited seats instead.

Does Skylead have a free trial?

Yes. Skylead offers a 7-day free trial, and the pricing page frames it as the way to choose a plan before paying. There is no permanent free plan. Use the trial to check the AI enrichment credit rate on your own list, since that add-on is not priced on the card.

Is Skylead worth $100 a month?

For a team that wants LinkedIn and cold email in one sequence, often yes, because the seat replaces two subscriptions and handles unlimited mailboxes with warm-up. For LinkedIn alone it is the most expensive seat in its group, where Waalaxy starts at $19 and HeyReach at $79. From ten senders the Agency plan changes the answer entirely.
