Google no longer sells Agentspace under that name. Its release notes for October 9, 2025 say that "Google Agentspace is part of Gemini Enterprise", and on September 26, 2026 cloud.google.com/products/agentspace redirected to the Gemini Enterprise page while the old /agentspace/pricing address served a "404. Page Not Found" page. The only price Google ever printed on the Agentspace product page was "Enterprise editions start at $25 USD per seat per month", and the Agentspace editions documentation required 25 or more users, so the smallest Agentspace deal was $625 a month. The editions map one to one: Agentspace Enterprise (30 GiB pooled storage) is now Gemini Enterprise Standard (30 GiB), and Agentspace Enterprise Plus (75 GiB) is now Gemini Enterprise Plus (75 GiB). Both sit on a card that starts at $30 a seat, with no 25 seat minimum. Google also added a Business edition at $21 a seat that Agentspace never had. WorkAgent is a different shape: $149 a month, flat, one account, nothing per seat.

Every Agentspace edition still exists under a Gemini Enterprise name. Here is where each one went, what it costs now, and what changed on the way.
Agentspace Enterprise is now Gemini Enterprise Standard
The storage allowance is the giveaway. Google's Agentspace editions page, captured October 8, 2025, listed Enterprise at 30 GiB of storage and data indexing per user, pooled, for 25 or more users. Today's Gemini Enterprise comparison table lists Standard at exactly 30 GiB, pooled, for 1 or more users. The price floor moved from "start at $25" on the 2025 product page to "Starting at $30" on the card Google labels Standard / Plus. Same seat, $5 more at list, and no minimum order.
Agentspace Enterprise Plus is now Gemini Enterprise Plus
Enterprise Plus carried 75 GiB per user in 2025 and Plus carries 75 GiB today. Google has never printed a separate Plus price. It shares the $30 starting card with Standard, so a real Plus rate comes from a quote. If you paid a premium for Enterprise Plus, the reasons you paid it have mostly moved down a tier, which is covered in the next section.
Agentspace Frontline is now Gemini Enterprise Frontline
The rule survived the rename almost word for word. In 2025 Frontline needed 150 or more users of Enterprise or Enterprise Plus and gave each person 2 GiB pooled. Today it needs 150 or more users of Standard or Plus and gives 2 GiB pooled. At the $30 Standard floor that is $4,500 a month of other licenses before the first Frontline seat. Google publishes no Frontline price.
NotebookLM Enterprise is now Gemini Notebook Enterprise
This rename is recent. Google's release notes for July 16, 2026 say NotebookLM Enterprise was renamed Gemini Notebook Enterprise, that the product and its API endpoints are unchanged, and that the subscription page still displays the old name. So an invoice or console screen that says NotebookLM Enterprise is not a sign you are on a retired product. Google's current Gemini Enterprise pricing page does not print a standalone notebook price.
Gemini Enterprise Business is new, and has no Agentspace ancestor
Agentspace had no small-team edition. Gemini Enterprise Business starts at $21 a seat per month, needs no IT setup according to Google, and caps out at 300 seats on the product page or 500 in the documentation (the two pages disagree). It is the cheapest way into what used to be Agentspace, and it now includes the Deep Research agent and no-code agent building that only Agentspace Enterprise Plus had in 2025.
Pay-as-you-go is new too, and it is not for small teams
A $0 seat fee reads like a cheap way in. Google's product page says it is for organizations with 20 or more seats, the documentation says one seat is enough, and both say the project must be linked to an invoiced Cloud Billing account rather than a credit card. You pay standard rates for tokens, memory, compute and storage instead. It suits a company with an existing Google Cloud contract and uneven usage.

Why the Agentspace price you found is probably wrong
The Agentspace pricing page no longer exists
On September 26, 2026 the address cloud.google.com/agentspace/pricing returned HTTP 200 with a page whose entire content is "404. Page Not Found. Sorry, we can't find that page." That is a soft 404: the server says the page is fine and the page says it is gone. The old product page, cloud.google.com/products/agentspace, now redirects to cloud.google.com/gemini-enterprise, which does not contain the word Agentspace. Any guide quoting an Agentspace price is quoting a page Google has taken down.
Google printed exactly one Agentspace price, and never the $45
We read four Internet Archive captures of Google's Agentspace product page, from April 1, June 7, August 1 and September 3, 2025. The April and June captures carry no price at all. The August and September captures carry one sentence: "Enterprise editions start at $25 USD per seat per month." The $45 Enterprise Plus figure that most ranking guides quote does not appear in any of the four. It may have come from a quote or a launch briefing, but it was not on Google's product page, so treat it as hearsay.
The real Agentspace price was the 25 seat floor
Agentspace's editions documentation required 25 or more users on both Enterprise and Enterprise Plus. At the published $25 that made the smallest possible Agentspace contract $625 a month, or $7,500 a year, before anyone had logged in. Gemini Enterprise dropped the floor to one seat on Business, Standard and Plus. For a twelve person team that is the whole difference between not being able to buy it and paying $252 a month on Business.
The number 25 went from a minimum to a maximum
This is the detail nobody has lined up. In 2025 you needed at least 25 Agentspace seats. In 2026 Google's licensing documentation says a self-serve or resold Cloud Billing account can manage at most 25 seats in the console, and an invoiced account at most 1,000. So a company that bought exactly the Agentspace minimum on a credit card now sits exactly at the console ceiling, and seat 26 means switching to invoiced billing or calling Google.
The features you paid Enterprise Plus for moved down
In the 2025 Agentspace table, building and publishing no-code agents and using Made by Google agents such as Deep Research were Enterprise Plus only. In today's Gemini Enterprise table, Deep Research is ticked on all five editions, Business included, and building no-code agents is ticked on Business, Standard, Plus and Pay-as-you-go. What still separates Plus from Standard is capacity: 75 GiB of pooled storage instead of 30, 200 assistant queries a day per license instead of 160, 10 no-code agents created a day instead of 1, 10 Deep Research runs instead of 3, and a $15 rather than $10 developer tools credit.
Storage did not change, so it is the best way to identify your seat
Price labels moved, names moved, features moved, and the storage figures stayed put: 30 GiB for the old Enterprise and new Standard, 75 GiB for Enterprise Plus and Plus, 2 GiB for Frontline, all pooled across users in a project and location. If an account team tells you which edition you are renewing into, check that number against these. Google's console also shows the edition in the Subscription tier field on the subscription details page.
Existing customers may be on a different overage regime
Google's quotas and overages page opens with a note that it does not apply to customers who received an email titled "[Billing Update] New Gemini Enterprise overage billing controls launching August 17, 2026". Those customers are sent to a separate legacy quotas page. A tenant that started life as Agentspace is the most likely kind to be on the older rules, and no public pricing page says which rules bind you. Ask before you renew.

How much does Google Agentspace cost?
Agentspace no longer has a price of its own, because Google stopped selling it under that name on October 9, 2025, when it announced that "Google Agentspace is part of Gemini Enterprise". When it was sold, Google printed one figure on the product page: Enterprise editions from $25 per seat per month. The editions documentation required at least 25 users, so a real Agentspace contract started at $625 a month.
The same seat today is Gemini Enterprise Standard, from $30 per seat per month, with no minimum. If you want the closest thing to Agentspace for the least money, Gemini Enterprise Business is $21 a seat and now includes Deep Research and no-code agent building, which were Enterprise Plus features in 2025. Is Agentspace the same as Gemini Enterprise?
Yes. Google's own words, in the Gemini Enterprise release notes for October 9, 2025: "The Google Agentspace experience in the Google Cloud console and the default application is referred to as Gemini Enterprise. This includes all associated resources and documentation." Google says that covers all associated resources, and the old Agentspace documentation URLs now resolve to Gemini Enterprise pages.
The product grew on the way. Agentspace was search, an assistant and agents for large organizations buying 25 seats or more. Gemini Enterprise keeps all of that and adds a small-team Business edition, a Pay-as-you-go edition, and a larger connector list. What happens to an Agentspace license at renewal?
Google's licensing documentation says Gemini Enterprise subscriptions are bought monthly or for a year and can be set to renew automatically. It does not publish a migration price for Agentspace contracts, so the honest answer is that your renewal edition and rate are whatever your order form says. Three things are worth checking before you sign.
First, which edition you land on: compare the storage figure in the quote with the 30 GiB and 75 GiB above. Second, which overage rules apply: Google runs two regimes in parallel and decides membership by whether a billing email reached you in 2026. Third, whether you still need Plus: the two features that justified Enterprise Plus in 2025 are now in every paid edition, and dropping from Plus to Standard keeps the same $30 list floor while Plus is quoted separately. Is Gemini Enterprise cheaper than Agentspace was?
Per seat, no: the like-for-like edition moved from a $25 floor to a $30 floor, 20% more at list. Per contract, usually yes, because the 25 seat minimum is gone. A 10 person team could not buy Agentspace at all and pays $210 a month for Gemini Enterprise Business. A 25 person team paid at least $625 for Agentspace Enterprise and pays $525 on Business or $750 on Standard.
The break-even is simple. Below 25 seats, today's pricing wins for everyone because the old floor was a fixed $625. At 25 seats and above, Business at $21 is cheaper than the old $25 and Standard at $30 is dearer, so the question becomes whether your people need Standard's connector depth, full-code agents, Agent Marketplace and compliance features. Where a flat-rate agent fits, and where it does not
We sell WorkAgent, so read this with that in mind. If what you bought Agentspace for is permission-aware search across Drive, SharePoint, Confluence and Jira for a few hundred people, Gemini Enterprise is the product and you should renew it. That is a per-seat job and Google does it well.
Many smaller Agentspace pilots were bought for something narrower: research a list of companies, pull what changed in a market, draft the weekly report, update the CRM. Creating and publishing notebooks is included in the Business, Standard and Plus editions.
Is Gemini Enterprise cheaper than Agentspace?
For teams under 25 people, yes, because Agentspace could not be bought below 25 seats. Per seat, the matching edition rose from a $25 floor to $30. The new Business edition at $21 is cheaper than Agentspace ever was and now includes Deep Research and no-code agent building.
