Breeze Intelligence pricing: HubSpot data enrichment cost, which enrichment features still use Breeze Intelligence credits, and what the seat actually buys.
Written for the US sales or ops lead who searched for the Breeze Intelligence price, found three different answers, and has a HubSpot renewal or a Clay trial on the calendar. We sell a competing product, so weigh that. Every HubSpot figure below was read from HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog and its knowledge base on September 24, 2026, and each one names the page it came from.

In short
Breeze Intelligence no longer has a price of its own, because HubSpot no longer sells it as a product. The name does not appear anywhere in HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog as of September 24, 2026. What used to be a Breeze Intelligence credit pack is now split three ways. Standard contact and company enrichment, continuous enrichment and form shortening cost zero credits: HubSpot's knowledge base states that "data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits". Instead you pay for the seat, because HubSpot's Core Seat is what grants access to enriched data, from $20 a month on Starter. The AI features HubSpot files under enrichment do use credits at $0.010 each: a smart property answer is 10 credits ($0.10) per record, intent monitoring is 10 credits ($0.10) per company per month, a custom signal is 50 credits ($0.50) per company per month, and the Prospecting agent is 100 credits ($1.00) per lead. The $45 for 100 credits that many guides still quote describes the product HubSpot retired in June 2025.
- Standard contact and company enrichment
- 0 HubSpot Credits (HubSpot knowledge base)
- Cheapest seat with enriched data
- $20 a month, Starter Core Seat
- Smart property answer, one record
- 10 credits, so $0.10
- Intent monitoring, one company a month
- 10 credits, so $0.10, recurring
- WorkAgent
- $149 / month, flat, no seats or credits

WorkAgent, for comparison
$149Flat, whole account, no seats and no credits. It builds the lists and researches the accounts; it does not replace enrichment you already get with your seats. We sell this, so weigh it accordingly.
Standard enrichment of records costs 0 credits. Everything on your credit line comes from the AI and intent features HubSpot files under enrichment, not from filling in fields.
This month fits inside the credits your tier includes, and the unused balance expires at your reset date.
Rates from the HubSpot Credits Rate Sheet and the Included Credits table in HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog, read September 24, 2026. Standard enrichment is priced at zero credits per HubSpot's knowledge base. Overage is priced at Pay-as-You-Go, invoiced in increments of 10 credits; capacity and Agent Packs carry the same $0.010 rate but are sold whole and stay on your contract. Excludes the platform fee on Professional and Enterprise Hubs, onboarding fees and any Sales or Service Seats.
The enrichment rate sheet
What each HubSpot enrichment feature costs, cheapest first
HubSpot no longer sells Breeze Intelligence as a product. It split the old credit pack into features, and they are billed three different ways. Here is each one, cheapest first.
Contact and company enrichment: 0 credits
Filling in job title, seniority, company size, revenue range, industry, location and social links on records you already have. It runs manually on one record, in bulk from an index page or an import, automatically on new records, or continuously on records already enriched. HubSpot's knowledge base article on data enrichment, last updated July 10, 2026, says in its permissions box that data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits. This is the part most people mean when they say Breeze Intelligence, and it is now included in the seat.
Form shortening: 0 credits
HubSpot checks the enrichment dataset when someone fills in a form and hides the fields it can already answer, so a visitor types an email address and HubSpot supplies the rest. It is listed as an enrichment feature in the catalog and carries no credit rate. The knowledge base adds that HubSpot does not collect or save data from your use of form shortening.
Smart properties and the Data agent: 10 credits per record
The AI research layer. You ask a question about a record, such as whether a company sells to hospitals or which CRM it uses, and HubSpot answers from your CRM, calls, emails and the web, for you to approve before it saves. The rate sheet prices this as the Data agent: 10 credits to generate a response to one prompt for one record. Run one question across 2,000 companies and that is 20,000 credits, or $200.
Intent signals: 10 credits per company per month
Monitoring target companies for buying signals such as high-intent page visits, funding news and job changes. The rate sheet prices it per recurrence: 10 credits to enable intent and monitor or create one company for one month, charged on activation and then every month while it stays on. A watch list of 1,000 accounts is 10,000 credits a month, $100, for as long as you leave it running.
Custom signals (Beta): 50 credits per company per month
You describe a trigger in plain language and HubSpot researches your tracked accounts for it. Five times the price of a standard intent signal, also recurring. This is the line that grows quietly, because nobody turns off a signal that is working.
Market segments and the Prospecting agent: 10 and 100 credits
Creating a new company record from a market segment costs 10 credits. Having the Prospecting agent research one lead and recommend an outreach approach costs 100 credits, a dollar a lead. These are the two features that find people who are not in your CRM yet, and they are the most expensive way to do it on the sheet.
Why the guides get this wrong
Why the Breeze Intelligence price you found is probably out of date
The product in most guides no longer exists
HubSpot bought Clearbit in late 2023, relaunched it as Breeze Intelligence in 2024, and sold it as a separate credit add-on. Between June 2 and June 15, 2025, those Breeze Intelligence credits migrated into HubSpot Credits, the single currency HubSpot now uses for every AI feature. On September 24, 2026 we searched HubSpot's full Product and Services Catalog for the words Breeze Intelligence and found no occurrence. The guides ranking for this query still quote a monthly price for a product HubSpot stopped selling fifteen months ago.
Enrichment went from metered to free of credits
Several guides say enrichment costs 10 credits per record. HubSpot's own knowledge base now says data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits, and the rate sheet in the catalog has no enrichment row at all. The same guides that are wrong about the price are therefore wrong in the expensive direction: they tell a buyer to budget for a meter that no longer runs on the part of the product they most want.
The price moved from the credit to the seat
Enrichment is not free, it is bundled. HubSpot's catalog describes the Core Seat as granting core access to all purchased products, built-in AI, enriched data and Smart CRM. Core Seats are $20 a month on Starter, $50 on Professional and $75 on Enterprise. So the price of enrichment for a team of five on Professional is five seats, $250 a month, whether they enrich ten records or ten thousand. That is a very good deal at volume and a poor one for a team that needs a handful of records filled in.
The credit line is now intent and AI research, and some of it recurs
Everything left on the meter is either AI research or monitoring. Research bills once per answer. Monitoring bills every month for every company you watch, at 10 credits for a standard signal and 50 for a custom one. A Professional account's 3,000 included credits cover 300 monitored companies and nothing else. If your plan is to watch your whole target account list, price the list before you switch it on.
Buying more credits costs the same however you buy them
HubSpot sells extra credits three ways and prices them identically: Pay-as-You-Go at $0.010 a credit, capacity packs at $10 per 1,000, and Agent Packs at $25 for 2,500, $400 for 40,000 and $1,500 for 150,000. Every one of those works out to exactly one cent a credit. There is no volume discount at any size, so the only reason to pick one route over another is how long it commits you.

How much does Breeze Intelligence cost?
There is no longer a Breeze Intelligence price to quote, and that is the honest answer rather than a dodge. HubSpot folded the product into its subscriptions in June 2025. On September 24, 2026 the name did not appear anywhere in HubSpot's Product and Services Catalog, which is the document HubSpot's contracts refer to. What you pay for today is a seat, which unlocks enrichment, plus credits for the AI and intent features that used to be marketed under the same brand.
Put numbers on it. A three-person sales team on Sales Hub Professional pays for three Core Seats at $50, $150 a month, and gets 3,000 included credits. Enriching 2,000 inbound contacts a month costs nothing extra. Asking one smart property question on 500 of those accounts is 5,000 credits. Watching 300 target companies for intent is 3,000 credits a month. Researching 50 leads with the Prospecting agent is 5,000 more. That is 14,000 credits against 3,000 included, so 11,000 over the allowance, which HubSpot bills at $110. The calculator above runs the same arithmetic on your own volume.
The general HubSpot credit mechanics, including what happens when you run out and why an automatic upgrade can raise your limit for the rest of your contract, are on our HubSpot Breeze pricing page. This page is only about enrichment.
Does HubSpot data enrichment cost credits?
No, not the standard kind. HubSpot's Get started with data enrichment article, last updated July 10, 2026, says in its permissions box: "Data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits." The next sentence is the one to read carefully: "Smart properties will consume HubSpot Credits." So filling in a job title does not touch your balance, and asking an AI to research a record does.
The rate sheet in the catalog agrees. It lists credit rates for AI agents, workflows, buyer intent and Data Studio, and it has no row for enriching a contact or a company. If a guide tells you enrichment costs 10 credits a record, it is describing the rule that applied before HubSpot changed it.
Is Breeze Intelligence the same as Clearbit?
It started as Clearbit. HubSpot acquired Clearbit in late 2023 and relaunched its data and enrichment products inside HubSpot as Breeze Intelligence in 2024. Since the June 2025 credit migration the brand has faded as well: the catalog now describes the same capabilities as enrichment features of Smart CRM and Data Hub, and HubSpot's knowledge base says the data comes from HubSpot's commercial dataset, third-party providers and publicly available information.
One detail most buyers never see is worth knowing before you switch on bulk enrichment. HubSpot states that when a record it enriches can be verified against multiple sources, limited business contact data from that enrichment may be contributed back to its commercial dataset. If you only use continuous enrichment, no data is added. If your legal team cares where your contact data goes, that paragraph is in the same knowledge base article.
Is HubSpot enrichment worth it compared with Clay or Apollo?
For filling in records that are already in HubSpot, it is hard to beat, because the marginal cost is zero once you hold the seats. A team that enriches thousands of inbound contacts a month pays the same as a team that enriches ten. Clay charges Data Credits from $0.05 each for the same kind of lookup, and lists automatic CRM sync and enrichment on its Growth plan rather than Launch. Apollo prices by seat, and its Fair Use terms cap the credits on an unlimited plan at the amount you paid divided by $0.025.
Where HubSpot is weaker is finding people who are not in your CRM yet. Its answer is market segments at 10 credits a new company and the Prospecting agent at a dollar a lead, and neither gives you the waterfall across many data providers that Clay is built around. We compare the two head to head in Clay vs HubSpot enrichment, and our Clay pricing page carries Clay's full two-meter rate card.
What does the seat actually cost you?
The seat is now the price of enrichment, so it deserves the same scrutiny people used to give the credit pack. HubSpot's catalog lists Core Seats at $20 a month on Starter, $50 on Professional and $75 on Enterprise. Sales Seats and Service Seats, which include Core Seat access, are $100 on Professional and $150 on Enterprise. Professional and Enterprise Hubs also carry a platform fee: Data Hub Professional starts at $800 a month and Data Hub Enterprise at $2,000, each with one Core Seat included.
Two rules decide who can use what. Only paid seats can spend HubSpot Credits; free users and View-Only seats cannot. And the included credit allowance is per account, not per seat, set by your highest tier: 500 on Starter, 3,000 on a Professional core Hub, 5,000 on Enterprise, and 5,000 or 10,000 if the highest tier is Data Hub or the Customer Platform. Adding seats adds access to enriched data but does not add a single credit.
Where a flat-rate agent fits, and where it does not
We sell WorkAgent, so read this section with that in mind. If your problem is that inbound records arrive half empty, HubSpot's included enrichment is the right answer and you should not buy anything else, from us or anyone. It costs no credits and runs on every record automatically.
The job enrichment does not do is the list that does not exist yet: the 60 regional logistics companies that match your customer profile, the operations director at each one, a line on why each made the cut, a first email drafted for your approval and the record created in HubSpot with the source noted. In HubSpot that is market segments plus smart property questions plus the Prospecting agent, three meters at up to a dollar a lead, with someone on your team driving it. WorkAgent does that work end to end for $149 a month for the whole account, with no seats and no credits, and you approve anything before it goes out. For how agent platforms bill more broadly, see AI agent pricing, and for the lead-generation side of the product, AI lead generation.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask about Breeze Intelligence pricing
How much does Breeze Intelligence cost?
Breeze Intelligence has no separate price anymore. HubSpot moved its credits into HubSpot Credits in June 2025, and standard enrichment now consumes no credits at all. You pay for a seat instead, from $20 a month on Starter. AI research on a record costs 10 credits ($0.10) and intent monitoring 10 credits per company per month.
Is Breeze Intelligence free?
The enrichment part is free of credits but not free of charge. HubSpot's knowledge base says data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits, and enrichment requires a paid Starter, Professional or Enterprise subscription, starting with a $20 a month Starter Core Seat. Free HubSpot users do not get it.
Does HubSpot data enrichment use credits?
Standard contact and company enrichment does not. HubSpot's Get started with data enrichment article, updated July 10, 2026, states that data enrichment does not consume HubSpot Credits and that smart properties do. Intent signals, custom signals, market segments and the Prospecting agent also use credits at published rates.
What happened to Breeze Intelligence credits?
They migrated to HubSpot Credits between June 2 and June 15, 2025. HubSpot now uses one credit currency for every AI feature, priced at $0.010 a credit, with a monthly allowance set by your highest subscription tier. The separate Breeze Intelligence credit pack is no longer sold.
How much does HubSpot enrichment cost per record?
Nothing per record for standard enrichment. The cost is the seat: $20, $50 or $75 a month for a Core Seat on Starter, Professional or Enterprise. If you add an AI smart property question to each record, that is 10 credits, or $0.10, per record per question.
How much do HubSpot intent signals cost?
10 credits, or $0.10, per company per month for standard intent monitoring, charged on activation and then monthly while enabled. Custom signals, in beta, cost 50 credits ($0.50) per company per month. Creating a company record from a market segment costs 10 credits once.
How many HubSpot credits do I get?
500 a month on Starter, 3,000 on a Professional core Hub and 5,000 on Enterprise. Data Hub and the Customer Platform grant 500, 5,000 and 10,000. The allowance is per account, set by your highest tier, not additive across Hubs, and unused credits do not roll over.
How much are extra HubSpot credits?
$0.010 a credit on every route. Pay-as-You-Go is invoiced in increments of 10 credits. Capacity packs are $10 per 1,000 credits a month. Agent Packs are $25 for 2,500, $400 for 40,000 and $1,500 for 150,000. None of them offers a volume discount.
Is Breeze Intelligence the same as Clearbit?
It began as Clearbit, which HubSpot acquired in late 2023 and relaunched as Breeze Intelligence in 2024. HubSpot now describes the same capabilities as enrichment features of Smart CRM and Data Hub, drawing on its commercial dataset, third-party providers and public information.
Is HubSpot enrichment better than Clay?
For filling in records already in HubSpot, it is cheaper, because it costs no credits once you have seats. Clay charges Data Credits from $0.05 each but draws on many data providers, which usually finds more emails and phones for new prospects. Many teams use HubSpot for inbound records and Clay or an agent for new lists.
